Walked into GHD on the off chance of an appointment and was greeted warmly at the desk. Karen was free and she spent time discussing highlight options for my greying hair. Karen was lovely and really listened to what i wanted including an impromptu new cut. Very happy with my new do and will book Karen again although Shannon is also fab! too Thank you 😊 .

Brought my 11 year old daughter in to have her ears peirced. It was a lovely experience. Felt relaxed, plenty of time taken and everything explained very thoroughly to me and my daughter. It felt like a really lovely experiences honouring my daughters first ear piercing.

Shannon has been cutting my hair for almost 2 years now and he’s simply the best Senior Stylist you will ever find. Professional, caring and dedicated to my hair journey. We have tried a few different styles to best suit me and we have really hit the nail on the head now. Words can’t say how impressed and happy I am with the cut and highlights I have now. Today I had a bit of pre Christmas pampering - had a luxury manicure with gel nails.
The equipment used was scrupulously clean, the choice of colours vast and the beautician put me at ease explaining the process as we went along.
My nails look beautiful and my skin like velvet............and as they say, I'm worth it 😄

So lovely and made us feel so welcomed, really kind and patient and amazing piercing ❤️
