As well as being a really lovely person, Karen is extremely knowledgeable about hair. She has a chat prior to cutting and colouring to assess what would suit you facially and hair-wise and what would suit your routine; plus, what you want from the haircut/colour. She is also excellent at cutting hair and at colouring, and I am really pleased with both my cut and colour. I would absolutely recommend Karen,

Having thick asian hair texture it’s lovely to have someone who understands my hair and can help make the most out of it. I love going into the salon to have my hair done. Theres a lovely relaxed feel and the whole team is friendly and part of creating a great atmosphere.
