Beautiful magic hands for hair wash, really enjoyable, gentle but firm. Jasmine was so nice too. She cut my hair with care and precision. Really pleased.

As always, walked away completely happy.Lovely atmosphere- such a sweet team. My hair has never been in better condition since I have attended this salon and Sarah has just understood my hair and what I need. I think this applies to all the stylists. We are very lucky to have this hairdressers in Tunbridge Wells. I love it and it is full of fun. Tallulah did a super job too on my nails in the Beauty department. A truly talented team.

I always go to Tallulah for my eyebrow wax and tint at Hoopers. She’s really lovely and listens to what you want. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend.

I took my autistic daughter to Jess to have her ears pierced for the first time. She was brilliant - friendly, professional and really patient. She took the time to explain each step to my daughter to settle any nerves. She couldn’t have been more brilliant.

I took my daughter to have her ears pierced with Jess. My daughter is autistic and was very nervous. Jess could not have been more brilliant - she explained everything beforehand really clearly and was incredibly patient, answering all our questions. There was unfortunately a mix up with the studs my daughter had chosen but as a gesture of goodwill we weren’t charged for them. Would definitely recommend for customer care, professionalism and generally being lovely.

With very short hair, I’ve found it can be hard to find someone to cut it well, but Stacey at Great Hairdressing has been cutting my hair for years and even though I’ve recently moved from Tunbridge Wells, I still go back because I wouldn’t trust anyone else now. I love the way Stacey cuts my hair and I’d highly recommend her.

Paul recognized my cut was not flattering to my face and after two months in his chair, I now flaunt a stylish and full head of hair!

Only at Hoopers could I get such a welcome. From start, warm smiles from all the staff. Relaxing and calming, Stacey settles me in for my hairdo. All at once I’m all of 25 years old ( well, I can dream can’t I??). Much high spirit gossip whilst I enjoy my coffee. All too soon I m finished. As I leave under best wishes and smiles, I’m already counting the days down for my next visit. Thank you Hoopers and thank you so much Stacey, Paul and all of you.
