I was disappointed by this massage, I understand it was meant to be relaxing but to be honest it just felt like I was being soaked in oil and lightly rubbed. There was little to no pressure applied. I have a very tense back and was hoping to have something that was a little more releasing. Maybe I chose the wrong massage but Ive had quite a few in my time, so was disappointed to feel just as tight as I arrived. Spa is nice and clean and people lovely.
Hi Ruby,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We apologize that your massage experience with us did not meet your expectations.
Our team always aims to provide our guests with the most relaxing and rejuvenating treatments possible. We regret that the pressure applied during your massage was not enough to alleviate the tension in your back. We will definitely take this feedback on board.
We're happy to hear that you enjoyed our spa's clean and pleasant atmosphere, as well as our lovely team members.
We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with a more satisfying massage experience in the future.

Unfortunately this spray tan was not as good as the previous ones. Being fair skinned I normally have the fairest spray. This one, despite leaving the spray on for 20hours before showering was almost non existent.
I have never had this before.
Please can I have a different beautician for my next appointment on 12/6/26
Dear Cathy,
We are sorry to hear that your recent spray tan did not meet your expectations. We always strive to give our clients the best results and we apologize for any disappointment caused.

We would be more than happy to book you with a different therapist for your next appointment on 12/6/26. Our team is dedicated to providing a pleasant and satisfactory experience for all our clients, and we hope to have the opportunity to exceed your expectations in the future.
