A beautiful day spa in Rochester. The ladies that work there are extremely welcoming. I have been twice in my visit to the UK, both times my experience has been excellent.
The therapist was very gentle and caring and answered any questions I had before the treatment. She also explained to me the treatments before I had them done and made me feel at ease.

Absolutely amazing day feel very relaxed and pampered, very good value for money too as had 4 treatments. My therapist sally was so lovely and the Indian head massage was amazing, I also had a full body massage which was fantastic. Would highly recommend and come back again.

My treatments were good just not the normal experience I’ve had before. Time felt shorted my friend and I both booked in for spa day and I was in the relaxation room 20 mins before she was and we both went out same time. My friend was beaming with her spa day and eventhough mine was nice just was different.

Gemma, as always provided an excellent service to me whilst I was having my nails, feet and waxing.
A beautiful warm comforting complete body massage. So relaxing I didnt want to get off of the couch.
I felt my experience today was wonderful, greeted by a lovely receptionist in such a wonderful pleasant welcoming reception.
I had a full body massage with Gemma and would certainly recommend her as she had a lovely touch.

This was yet another truly amazing experience at this spa which is a special place where I always emerge revitalised. Sadie was particularly attentive and I totally drifted away such was the depth of relaxation I experienced. I will definitely be back and will rebook as I always do when I have time. Whilst my massage was lovely and relaxing it was a shame that during it there was a very loud noise - i believe may have been a washing machine on spin which was very off putting and drowned out any of the calm music in the room. Perhaps if this is something that may occur when in a particular room pre warning could be given as it was exceptionally loud.
