I arrived for my appointment slightly late & completely frazzled with stress levels set to the max, within minutes I was seated, with a coffee & a smile on my face. Wonderful staff who gave me a warm welcome. The massage I was given during the wash was amazing!! I shown Ellie a picture of what I wanted and she cut my hair perfectly. Very pleased, will be going again.

Ellie gave me THE most perfect cut, she was very thorough, professional and truly listened to what I wanted yet did above and beyond what I had expected. That girl has scissor skills second to none. The salon is really friendly and inviting and squeaky clean. Great products used too. Even the refreshments are beautifully presented. Can’t fault the salon, or the service in anyway. Honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Book in advance, it’s worth waiting for an appointment here. Thank you Ellie ?

I visited DIVA for the first time today and was made to feel very welcome from the start. A friendly young man made me a cup of coffee. Ellie was very thorough, giving me a consultation about how I would like my hair done and what sort of products I use and we had a laugh. I am very pleased will the final result, big thank you to Ellie.

What can I say. I was very nervous as I was having blonde highlights. My hair looks fabulous, I love everything about it; I was very well looked after and will definitely be going back.

As always a pleasure coming into the salon. All the girls are very friendly and I always come out feeling a million dollars!

Ellie is excellent and understands my hair perfectly. She always delivers a top quality service.

The Salon looked good, masks were worn by all staff. Cleanliness good. Loved my Colour and cut, unfortunately I was not prepared for an over half hour wait for stylist to be available to cut my hair following the colour and wash. It is of course Christmas week so understand that she was busy.
