Loved my hair cut Ellie was very good, is nice when you chat about the style before it’s washed. As I am a new client I felt very relaxed.

Very nice salon. I was a 'walk-in' and Jemma made me feel very welcome.
Some nice little touches too such as drinks and nibbles tray and I really liked the gentle back massage chair whilst my hair was being
washed.
Overall, a really good experience and a lovely haircut.

Frances is a really skilled hairdresser who always does a beautiful cut etc; nothing is too much trouble; she takes a genuine interest in what I want and what is best for me. Every care is taken to make it a pleasant experience.

Excellent haircut and colour!

My daughter and I both had a wash, cut, colour and blow-dry with styling - my 16-year-old daughter having a full head of foils/highlights, while I had an all-over toning colour. Our experience was fabulous, from start to finish! Firstly, we were given extensive, personalised consultation on colour, with friendly advice and a flexible approach when my daughter changed her mind about colour at the last minute! We were both given skin/strand tests 48 hours in advance, and I was extremely impressed by the care and attention to customer service. All the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive - we were treated to iced water, coffee and snacks - and I felt that it was important to the whole team that my daughter and I had a positive experience and, particularly, the right colour advice. Laila is a superbly skilful and knowledgeable colour stylist, and I was super impressed by the enormous care she took to give us the very best colour & cut. Her friendliness and sharing of tips & advice made the whole experience so enjoyable. Both my daughter and I came away extremely happy with our hair and feeling thoroughly pampered, too. Being more accustomed to stylists in London, where we live, I can honestly say that Diva Hair Design beats our usual salons hands down for service, technical skill, customer care, spotless cleanliness, comfort and value. Such a friendly place with top-notch hairstyling talent! Hugely recommended, whether you're looking for a trim, restyle or colour. 10/10!

I popped my head in for some advice after bleaching my hair bright yellow at home ?, and the staff were great and reassured me that that using a toner they could get my hair to the colour I was hoping for in the first place. So, Laila carried this out and she did a great job and she was very friendly and easy to talk to. I was so glad I went in and was buzzing with the result. Thank you to Laila and all of the staff, as you were so helpful x

I chose to visit Frances at Diva as she was friendly and kind. I was delighted I did - a great haircut, she listened to what I wanted and was so friendly and approachable. I am coming back for sure abs will be bringing my mother too !

Although there are lots of hairdressers within walking distance of home, I travel nearly an hour to go to Diva. I always come out smiling

Very good colour and cut. Also I lost an earring which was later found and salon rang to say they had found it and kept it for me.

I was made to feel very welcome by everyone at Diva my stylist listened carefully to my concerns and how I would like my hair to look. Leila was very professional and took time to create my hairstyle . The products are lovely and the hair wash basins and reclining seats so comfortable with the bonus of a back massage while having my hair washed. Leila was very attentive and gentle and I felt confident while she cut my hair she also gave me advice on products and my fine hair. I shall be having my hair treatments at Diva with Leila from now on as I am delighted with my new look.

Excellent cut and service

Absolutely loved my visit to Diva’s…the service was outstanding, Ellie was so friendly and knowledgeable, there were lovely drinks/snacks, and the basin chair even has a massage function. I could have happily stayed there until closing time. Oh and most importantly, I absolutely love my cut and colour. I’m blown away and looking forward to my next appointment!

So pleased to have found a stylist who cares about how you feel about your hair and the way in which it is cut. Ellie has a very friendly personality and put me at ease for my first visit. Great hair cut and have already booked my second appointment.
Receptionist Sandra also very nice and friendly just what you need when you first go in.

We popped in on the off chance for a trim. The salon was busy a getting ready to finish for the day.
The reception was welcoming and the staff were so accommodating fitting me in for a wash and trim.
