Had a lovely experience at the Sanctuary today. Atmosphere was lovely and Natasha did a great job with my hair colour. Would definitely recommend and would happily try out beauty treatments in the near future.

Lovely salon bright & airy with a warm welcome in reception by salon team. Followed by good consultation with my stylist Jamie to reshape my previous hair style. Comfortable hair washing chairs especially for the neck rest. Good quality hair products used leaving my hair looking & feeling soft shiny and healthy. Nothing to much trouble for this polite & professional team. Very happy customer indeed.

This lovely new salon is on the lower floor of an old church so is beautifully airy, light and spacious. The treatment rooms are large but decorated to still feel warm and cosy during a treatment. I would highly recommend the Decleor Orexcellence facial - blissfully reviving my tired, stressed skin. The staff at the salon are very helpful and welcoming and I will certainly be going back!

First visit at the Sanctuary today in Herne Bay. It is so good to have all these wonderful spa services and products under one roof. You can get the full works, massage, beauty, hair ... and a drink ... in great company and by real professionals. Well done Team and good luck ! Barbara
