Had a wonderful experience at this Spa today, lovely head massage, time in the hydrotherapy pool followed by a wonderful afternoon tea.

I coloured my hair with a home kit. It should have been blond BUT it come out black. But Jamie to the rescue and he stripped the colour out and now I’m almost back to normal.. I didn’t have an appt but he just came to the rescue and sorted. It.. what would I do without Jamie in my life as my top hairdresser ..

I wouldn't say that bad but not that great either .unfortunately when it come to afternoon tea a pot of tea left on table that was cold I don't drink tea but wasn't offered anything else ,sandwiches were plan and dry .No one was in reception when we decided to leave but as we walked out of the door some woman said are you going and we answered yes she said you haven't paid for your coffee you had before you went in, we replied we didn't have coffee she said yes you did we clearly didn't she just looked at us as will were trying to get away with the price of coffee, she gave no Apology. Well, its left a bitter taste .so we will not be going back there and not Recommending it to our friends .The girls that did the treatment were OK.

We had a wonderful day after winning a brilliant day at Mettyears! We both had our nails done and wash and blow dry as well as a yummy afternoon tea. It was a beautiful atmosphere to spend time with my beautiful friend. Thank you everyone for making it so special for us Xx

Jamie was very calm, professional and gentle. The hair wash, cut and blow dry were all so well done with care and attention that it did not hurt at all, it was a lovely experience, thank you Jamie!

Demi was lovely and did a great job on my eyebrows. I am very happy with them and she made me feel very comfortable. Would recommend!

Matthew was a delight! I have never found a stylist who can actually dry my hair how I like it and Matthew succeeded! Will definitely be going back. Thank you ??!!!! I also used the hydrotherapy pool today for the first time and can honestly say it’s really helped my pain which I deal with daily. Hoping to use it weekly! Great salon and great staff !

We went in the pool which was fantastic for my daughter and I to relax. Followed by the afternoon tea which was amazing and delicious.

Aromatherapy message was enjoyable, however, it only lasted for 20 mins and I was expecting it to last for 30 mins as per the Wowcher deal information. Hydrotherapy pool was relaxing and the afternoon tea was tasty, enjoyed being offered a second mug of tea.

Just got a full Hollywood wax with Becci as going away on holiday next week…
Salon had a lovely welcome, overall feel and decoration. Becci was really friendly, fun, knowledgeable, put me at ease and did a great job, I’ll be back in six weeks and hope to keep the treatment up on the regular. Def recommend her for a Hollywood wax if you’re struggling to find someone in the area. Thanks Becci! ?

Ay made me at ease as soon as I met her. I’ve not had my hair done at the salon before (I’ve had other treatments) I’m very nervous about my hair being done but Amy was patient with me from start to finish. Thank you Amy. See you in a few weeks.

Amy was amazing from start to finish. First visit to the salon for a hair cut and I was very nervous. Amy made me so welcome and at ease. Amy was very patient and listened to how I wanted my hair to be. Thank you Amy o love my new do. I will definitely be back in 8 weeks.

Was given a voucher for birthday present so had my first visit to Mettyears Becci put me at ease straight away and made the whole experience a lot less painful than anticipated. Highly recommend.

Had a root touch up, wash and blow dry. Very pleased as always. The mango and pineapple smoothie was really good too
