Really good service, very friendly staff. Well informed about the timings of the day. Hydra pool was amazing! Facial so relaxing! Wash and blow dry with head massage was amazing! Afternoon tea was really nice! Highly recommend.!

Absolutely amazing service by Amy. Went in to fix hair that had gone wrong by a previous hairdresser. She was so good and explained everything. Really pleased with the result, just a small step in sorting. Will definitely be back.

Tranquility Scalp massages for myself and my daughter. Initial impression in reception was good but afterwards we felt more stressed than before we started. I have concerns about hygiene and the actual treatment about which I have spoken to the owner, but he has not responded which he promised he would. A waste of £54.

Had the most amazing experience getting my hair done by Amy, everyone was very welcoming and the salon was absolutely beautiful! And so clean, The treatment and service I received was outstanding and I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing, will definitely be recommending this amazing salon to everyone.

A lovely way to spend the afternoon after Christmas shopping all morning . So relaxing from the time we arrived until we left . The afternoon tea was lovely we couldn’t eat it all so the lady put it in a bag for us to take home as too nice to leave . Sorry I didn’t get her name . But she was lovely .

A lift in many ways

I have difficult hair, wavy, thick, heavy & it never does what I want. Jamie cut my hair brilliantly years ago but as he isn’t local to me I decided to find a good local hairdresser. Numerous disastrous hair cuts at various fancy salons later I went back to Jamie and am so glad I did, I will not be going anywhere else again - Jamie is brilliant!

From start to finish the experience was just wonderful. The booking system is so easy to use. The room is lovely, the playlist was a welcome change to sleep music at other spas, Becci was so welcoming and put me at ease straight away. The massage was one of the best I've ever had and didn't feel textbook and having trained in Swedish Massage myself, the natural flow was a huge part of the positive experience.
It's lovely to have a venue that is local, easy to get to but has the feeling of an away day spa. Jamie has done an incredible job in this beautiful setting. Will definitely be back!!

I went to Mettyears and saw Myles for a blow dry and style. Service was a amazing very clean and professional. Very up to date with the styles. Myles made me very comfortable throughout my appointment and I'm so happy with the outcome of my hair.
