I had a fabulous time chatting with Sharon today and got a great colour and cut as well. Highly recommend… already booked next appointment.

My mum and I had a wonderful time here today. We had private use of the hydrotherapy pool, a treatment each and afternoon tea.
The whole experience was relaxing and delightful. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
My back massage was fantastic, and my mum loved her facial.
The afternoon tea was delicious and plentiful. Fantastic service all round, thank you so much.

Very happy with everything, impressed with the level of professionalism. A warm and friendly environment I appreciated this immensely as I was the oldest client there! Mettyear was recommended to me so I will do the same, thank you.

Had a half head highlights cut and blow dry and the results are fantastic as usual. Thank you so much Jamie for always making my hair look so lovely.

My 9 year old daughter decided she wanted to have her hair completely restyled. Matthew was totally brilliant with her, he listened to everything she wanted and made sure she was comfortable and happy with every step he did. She walked out the salon a completely different person (literally) she was beaming with joy and very confident. She will differently be back.

I first went here for a treatment and afternoon tea using a Wowcher deal.
I went back with a friend they had Indian head massage while I had a cut and blow dry.
Was really happy with both visits. I have just been again very happy with my new hair colour Thank you.

From the minute we walked in, made to feel welcome. Lovely relaxing spa, followed by facial and Afternoon tea. The whole experience was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Hot Tub, treatment & afternoon tea.
Staff really welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. After hot tub, I had really relaxing back massage, Lottie was excellent (highly recommend). Afternoon tea was lovely, great selection.
We will be back again

Lauren was absolutely amazing and I am so in love with the colour!!!

First time having HD brows, and have left extremely happy. I started with a consultation and patch test where Becci went through in detail what to expect and what can be achieved, I found this really helpful and walked away from the consultation feeling well informed and excited for the appointment. The appointment happened 4 days later, (48hours after the consultation is the minimum due to the patch test) the appointment took just over an hour. Becci matched my brows exactly to the colour I wanted and created the perfect shape for my face. This is so much more than a regular shape and tint and I will be coming back!

This was my first massage ever so I was a bit nervous but felt completely comfortable the minute I met Becci. The massage was incredible (painful but good!) and a really relaxing experience. Will definitely be booking in again!

I need a wash and go style for my thick hair - Sharon knows how to style it flatteringly to frame my face without it being very short. A perfect cut that doesn’t require me to even use a hairbrush for it to look good. Relaxing experience - salon is always calm and friendly.

I had the H20 Glow facial with Claire and it was a lovely experience. Really nice building and treatment rooms and a calm and relaxing space. After the 3 treatments were done, I was surprised with a head, chest, neck and upper back massage which was very relaxing.

Amy is very attentive and approachable. She listens to me and offers her input. I recommend Amy and enjoy my Mettyear visits.

Feel like a new person!

The hydrotherapy pool (jacuzzi) was good, nice and relaxing. Good controls to change the intensity of the bubble jets. I think calling it hydrotherapy was a bit of an overstretch as it was a bog standard jacuzzi.
Could have done with some relaxing music instead of the low sound of pop music coming from the salon and reception area.
The afternoon tea was nice and filling however we were charged full price for coffee instead of tea with our afternoon tea and this was on top of the £34 we already spent. We felt it was stingy especially given that we didn't have the tea with our afternoon tea.
Overpriced and we probably wouldn't return but it was good as a one off experience.

First time here, needed a hair cut at short notice and my usual stylist wasn’t available for at least a week. I must say I was very pleasantly surprised, great, welcoming atmosphere in the salon, Sharon listened and I am really pleased with the result. I will definitely be coming back.

Leah is a very talented stylist l, she was polite and very professional throughout the whole service.
I am so happy with my hair it looks amazing.
