I was nervous to get my legs waxed, having had a previous bad experience, but Tina was great-put me right at ease, and it was quick and virtually pain free. I will definitely go back and recommend her to everyone!

So enjoyed my visit today.
Lots of effort was put in to keep

Another great experience at Fusion on Thursday. The team have done a great job getting everything covid ready and I had no concerns about safety.

When I moved from London to Kent I chose Fusion and it has been an absolute pleasure! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Everything about the experience is a joy.
Jo and Dani are both amazing hair stylists, and the colours they create for me are gorgeous!
I’ve just had my first post-lockdown visit and the ladies made it such a great experience, all COVID measures in place, sparklingly clean as always, and really comfortable.

So I missed my appointment by one day before lockdown!, therefore imagine what my hair must have looked like when I saw Jo on 7th July, and I’m supposed to have short, highlighted hair ?. I felt like a new person coming out of the salon!! Jo and the team have taken every precaution to make the salon a safe, and just as important, fun and welcoming place to be. Fantastic efforts all round ??

So wonderful to be back at Fusion Hair!! They've lots of sensible safety precautions in place but they also made everything seem as relaxed and normal as possible.

I visited the salon yesterday. I was quite nervous about going due to the changes regarding Covid-19. I really didn’t need to be. Jo, Jo and Dani were so professional and made me feel so welcome (as they always do) and with the new measures in place I felt very safe and comfortable. I am delighted with my hair after having to wait so long to have it cut and coloured but Jo is a magician and worked her magic.

I’ve just had a keratin blow dry at Fusion and wow what a difference. Before this treatment, my hair was curly and frizzy and very hard to manage. It now feels silky smooth and it is so much easier to blow dry and manage. I’ve had so many compliments on my hair since. I also have to say how lovely Jo and Dani are, they are friendly and genuinely cared about me being happy with my hair. I will definitely be returning, I have booked in for a colour In the colour lounge as it looks amazing.

Another 5 star from me. Outstanding experience given from the girls. Highly recommended and will go back there very soon!

I’ve been getting my hair done by Jo since October 19 now and I can honestly say she is a stylist that totally understands what you’re looking for. I first attended the salon after previously bad experiences elsewhere within the area, I was nervous and anxious but Jo put me at ease. I’ve always been adventurous when it comes to my hair style but as I’ve grown older I’ve been less confident. Jo’s understanding about how I felt has been amazing, I’ve gone from his shoulder length hair to very short quiff and I love it. She has given me confidence that anyone can rock a hairstyle, but their warm welcome in the saloon has really really helped, I put my trust in them almost immediately after such bad experiences this can be hard but I can say that I love love my hair now and will almost certainly return to Jo and the team. Thank you ladies for such a good service at a reasonable price but friendly and welcoming.

Always enjoy visiting Fusion in Cranbrook. Very nice atmosphere and welcoming staff. Always happy with my haircut/colour etc. A relaxing experience.

Amazing treatment and really relaxing. Tina was very informative when recommending products and gave samples of each to take home to try before buying. Will definitely be booking again.

After a warm welcome, I was taken through to the colouring room. The room is very comfortable and relaxing. Danni carried out my colour treatment today. Danni really understood my request and executed it perfectly.

I am very happy to recommend and will be returning again soon.

What a lovely, friendly and professional salon. I had a fabulous gel manicure with Tina who was a pleasure to chat to throughout my treatment. Every member of staff made me feel very welcome....and thank you for the 2 biscuits! I’ll definitely be back.

The best haircut I have ever had. The whole experience from start to finish was just amazing , Jo is talented and very knowledgeable. Five star treatment I would highly recommend.

I have come over for the weekend from abroad to see my family and was booked a treatment with Tina as a treat. Her massage was amazing and she pinpointed exactly my problem area. The facial that followed was really lovely and so relaxing that I fell asleep. If I was here any longer I would have booked again for next week! Highly recommend

I’ve recently moved to the Cranbrook area and needed a new salon for beauty treatments and discovered Fusion. After two visits, can truly say Tina is fabulous. Friendly, great to chat to and always willing to accommodate a last minute appointment, highly recommend both the salon and Tina.
