My appointment was with Dani, who is very professional and always has a thorough understanding of my requirements before beginning. The whole team are friendly and efficient and I’m very happy to recommend them.

You will never find hairdressers like the ones in fusion I have had all 3 hairdressers now and cannot fault any of the ladies they are just so talented.
Jo coloured my hair this time and I just love how the LANZA products leave me hair. Super silky,shiny and full of life .

My first visit to Fusion and didn’t disappoint...greeted warmly by the lovely staff into a beautifully decorated, clean and inviting salon. My appointment was with Tina who was charming and I was very pleased with her service, extremely professional and showed great attention to detail, an all round pleasurable experience. I highly recommend!

I was booked in for a cut and blow dry with senior stylist Deborah, firstly I'd like to say how covid safe I felt the salon was on my visit.with all safety and cleanig procedures in place. Secondly, the warm welcome I received (it's only my second visit to the salon)I was greeted like an old friend. Thirdly, Deborah did an amazing job,lovely cut and 're style (and a relaxing scalp.massage) I almost skipped out,only wish I had a party to go to!

Where The fusion lounge excels as a salon is that not only do they provide a fantastic hair cut, they also have friendly approachable staff that make you feel at ease throughout your appointment.

I’ve been to lots of salons in my time, including high end London salons. Fusion Hair Lounge is without doubt the best I’ve been to. Not only amazing hairdressers (Jo Lusher is my Hairdresser) but the customer service and the warmth of the salon is just wonderful. They really care about the condition of your hair too. My hair was in pretty bad way on my first visit to the salon, but now my hair is healthy and looks lovely. The L’Anza products which are used in the salon are so luxurious and have helped my hair no end.
They also really look after their customers and I genuinely look forward to having my hair done and catching up with my lovely hairdresser friends!

The beauty lounge is very relaxing with friendly staff. Tina is so easy to talk to I would have spent the whole day if I could. Excellent service. I’m definitely going to be booking more treatments after lock down.

I’ve said it before but I will say it again, I can’t say enough good things about this place. Jo really is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had, she understands my hair and may be about to become the first hairdresser to actually make me achieve a change in style.
While I have never had my hair cut by Dani both my daughters have and she too is a born hairdresser.
This time I was also fortunate enough to have a treatment from Tina. Tina and the beauty room compliment the hair lounge perfectly with Tina being equally as lovely and talented as her colleagues downstairs.
Jo and Jo have achieved exactly what they set out to do creating a calm relaxing and luxury experience. They have faced Covid head on and dealt with all the challenges it has thrown at them. Well done and thank you ladies.

I treated myself to a full body pregnancy massage with Tina and it was amazing. Tina was really professional, and took time to discuss my needs prior to the massage. The massage itself was perfect with every little detail in place for a very relaxing experience. I would highly recommend!

Amazing cut, I went in with a very vague idea of what I wanted and left with the exact style. The hairdresser was amazing and very thorough. Nice conversation and very comfortable atmosphere in the salon.

I'm so glad I found Fusion! I used to feel so uncomfortable going to other salons so would only go once a year but now I've started coming to Fusion I'm there every 8 weeks! Everyone is so friendly and lovely, I really look forward to my appointments! Thank you so much!

I had a wonderful experience again today. The Fusion team always give such a warm and friendly welcome. I had a massage with Tina who is so professional and knowledgeable. She advised me to try The Massage Gun before the Ultra back, neck and shoulder massage I had booked. It was amazing - it felt a bit strange at first but once I got used to the massage gun I could really feel it relaxing my tense muscles. Tina then continued with the massage which was so relaxing I felt thoroughly pampered. An amazing treatment that I would thoroughly recommend. Can’t wait for my next massage when I will definitely have the massage. gun (or magic gun??) again.

So happy with my colour the shine is just amazing it feels super soft and healthy.

I had a massage combined with the use of a massage gun as my shoulder and neck has been painful for months . Tina found all the knots and removed them . It’s a firm but not painful service and still very relaxing . The arm massage part was particularly relaxing . My back , neck and shoulders feel so good now with much more movement . I will book again soon . Thankyou ?

I have just had a truly awesome colour and wet cut at Fusion Hair Lounge, Cranbrook. The salon is spotless and spacious, particularly enchanting is the colour room at the back of the saloon a room of character with lovely old windows and tasteful decor, a pleasant place to sit comfortably with hair foils out of view of passers by. A professional, friendly and experienced team. A visit is highly recommended.

I love going to Fusion Hair Lounge. The team are so friendly, accommodating and it’s clear they are taking the threat of Covid-19 very seriously and have worked hard to put in place lots of safety measures while ensuring that you still feel pampered and have an enjoyable experience.

I’ve been looking for a beauty salon that uses Lycon wax as it is the best wax I’ve had . Tina used Lycon wax for my underarms and the result is excellent . I have no irritation , complete hair removal and it was totally painless . I would not go anywhere else for my waxing
