I have nothing but praise for the exceptional customer service this salon offers. They make you feel so special and ALL the staff are really friendly. Shannon is my stylist and is amazing! In my view knows exactly what I want but at the same time offers great advice. Overall a lovely experience, great staff and a very professional service.

Jonny cut my little boys hair today, he's 2 and a half and hates getting his hair cut, Jonny is so paitent and understanding, he keeps the situation so calm and although my baby was still upset he sat still and let Jonny do what he does best, wouldn't want anybody else to cut my boys hair, hopefully the more he goes the less he'll cry.

Donna at the Hair Lounge Chatham was recommended to me by a friend, and oh my - what a find :) My 3rd visit for a wash, cut & blow dry with Donna & each time I’ve come away feeling fab. A lovely chat, coffee, fabulous head massage (during wash), great cut to style & manage my long, thick curly hair. All finished with a blow dry & now all ready for a night out with friends. To be fair, all the team at the Salon are very friendly & everyone I’ve seen leave the salon always do so looking fabulous. Thank you very much. I look forward to seeing you again - even if it does mean a trip down from my new home in Scotland ?

My son has had his hair cut with Shannon a few times and I loved how she cut his I'm very funny who I let cut my hair and I finally booked in and had Shannon cut mine today to I love it and am so happy, all the staff at the hair lounge lounge are lovley very welcoming and make you feel like you're at home I'd defo recommended this salon and thank you to shannon for mine and Riley's lovley hair cuts

First time coming to the Salon. Was anxious going to a new business as my hair is long and I wanted it cut a very specific way. Shannon knew exactly what she was doing and absolutely smashed it, couldn’t be more pleased. Definitely more than satisfied.

Donna is always great, and the apprentices are so sweet! Donna is super talented, especially with coloured hair, and I don't make it easy! I'll go from green to blue to purple in the span of 4 months and she corrects the colours and evens it out BEAUTIFULLY. I moved to Canterbury and still travel to get my hair done with her!

I have gone to Sophie for my hair for a few years now & honestly cannot ever fault her. She’s a lovely lady, very attentive & always offers a drink, always been very happy with all my cuts & colours. Today I bought my 2 year old in for her first hair cut & Sophie was great, made Rosie very comfortable & did a fab job as always!
