Great hair salon-Shannon was absolutely excellent-took good time to discuss with me what I wanted, good conversations whilst having my highlights and a lovely coffee! Was so pleased with the cut and colour-think it is some of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely will be a repeat customer! Thank you!

The best hairdresser in Medway and I've tried a few other places in Chatham and Rochester. I've discovered it a couple of years ago and have been going there since. The whole family is now cutting their hair here. The girls are lovely and very experienced. My son is very fussy when it comes to cutting his hair but loved his new hair cut by Shannon. I have my hair permed once a year by Ashley, Donna cuts my and my daughter's hair every few months. I'm so glad we've found this little gem in Chatham. Definitely recommended ?

The establishment was clean and bright. The atmosphere was really nice and the staff were very welcoming and happy. Shannon worked with me today, she was very bubbly and definitely enjoys what she does. She cut my hair exactly as I wanted it and I have no complaints.

I was luck enough to get a last minute appointment and I can't commend Shan enough! Not only did she do my roots & refresh (which look amazing) but she also gave me lots of tips and advice on how to look after my hair and further prevent damage that was caused by a previous salon at the start of the year. She really took the time to show me the areas I needed to take the most care with, and explained exactly what is going on with my hair which I hugely appreciated! I felt really welcome and had a lovely time, it's been so long since I've had a hairdresser that I can tell really cares about my hair and its maintenance. The salon is really lovely too, and has a really nice vibe! I can't wait to go back again :) - highly recommend

Absolutely loved Shannon sitting down with me discussing the style I wanted and her explaining the whole process from hair washing to styling. Also I would like to make a note that I am hard of hearing and use hearing aids what can be a problem sometimes but girls at Hairlounge Chatham made me feel comfortable and truly addressed my disability.

Best my hair has looked in ages. Friendly atmosphere, very happy, will def be coming back :-)

Having a slight phobia of having my hair cut the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Donna was my stylist and she was very friendly and listened to my requests, providing her expertise on what my hair could and couldn't take. Love my hair cut as it's exactly what I wanted.

Had my haircut for the first time at this salon today and I had a wonderful experience. I usually dont enjoy the hairdressers but Georgia was lovely and welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable and did an excellent job! The other staff were also very friendly and the salon was lovely and clean.

I went for a male perm and she made me so comfortable and at ease.
The process didn’t take long although she took her time and made sure it was decent. After the excellent service I didn’t even have to pay much.
I will 100% be back thanks Ashley

Although still a bit unwell, Donna the Queen Bee had fought through and was there looking after her customers as normal. Great haircut and service as always - thanks Donna!!
