Claire is skilled at cutting curly hair. She listened to my concerns about certain hair products and was suggested that I could bring my own products to be used. She was efficient and knowledgeable. I have a great hair cut

Pauline did a great job once again, very pleased with the end result. . Had a variation on the high lites I usual have followed by a cut & finish, very happy will be back there in six weeks.

This was my first visit as I needed to find a new salon. I thought the salon was very well presented. The staff were friendly and I really liked the offer of a head massage. Pauline listened to what I wanted and I liked the end result.

It’s a brilliant place not for just the young l was made to feel special and also had a brilliant hair cut

The young girl who put my colour on was lovely rob cut my hair and I love the colour and cut was feeling down but my hair cut give me the lift I needed good service throughout visit excellent

This was my second visit with Robert. This time I had a balayage in blue. Robert is an amazing hairdresser, he did exactly what we discussed and made me feel very welcome.
He also talked me through aftercare. I am 100% happy with my hair and the experience at Serene Hair and Beauty. I will be back to see Robert soon!

Rob was fantastic. It was my first time in the salon and he made me feel totally comfortable. He asked what I wanted done, gave me his expertise in what he thought would work and offered a range of additional services suited to me. I love my hair and will definitely be back to see Rob soon :)

It’s very nice hairdresser in Braodstairs. My hair is very thick but the stylist did counselling before cutting my hair and finished my hair nice and smooth.
It was nice experience. I’ll definitely come back to there again.

I have very bleached over processed .. menapausal! hair . Olivia listened and understood that I wanted to achieve an ice blonde . She talked me through what the products were . Asked for advice and I felt comfortable and relaxed in the lovely clean and fresh salon . All the team are friendly and relaxed . I was so pleased with my hair it’s a beautiful shade and I will now be a regular customer of Olivia to maintain this style colour she achieved for me today . Thank you .
