Serene messaged me in the morning saying I was due a colour touch up. By 1.45 I was sitting in the chair. Very quick and friendly service.

I always spend a nice couple of hours at Serene. It’s relaxing and friendly and on this occasion we discussed a different colour and I’m really pleased with the result.

It was my first time so felt a bit nervous. But everything was fine very welcoming felt very at ease.
And was very pleased with my cut and blow dry. Have booked another appointment. So glad i have found a lovely hairdressers.Thank you.

Had a fringe cut.Very pleased that the salon didn’t insist in a full wash and cut as I only needed an interim trim.Salon very nice and clean.Will go again when I’m ready for full hairdo.

Excellent cutter, so friendly and polite?

Really enjoyed meeting Robert and very pleased with what he did to my hair. So impressed with his knowledge and flexibility in fitting my appointment in.

Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with the colour as I'd asked for the copper to be toned out/removed (due to many home applications) and although I was reassured and said it might be a few shades darker - which is what I wanted - I felt that I left the salon with the same colour as when I had arrived, minus £56. Even my friends couldn’t tell it had been dyed. No disrespect to the staff, but It wasn't worth the money and I am disappointed with it. I've been working in London since then so haven't been in touch until now.
I’m afraid I won't be using your salon again.

Always have a lovely time here at serene, friendly professional staff who are happy to take on board your ideas and give advice for maintaining your style. Been seeing Megan for a while and I’ve never been disappointed. Also had a lovely head massage and a very nice coffee.
