Chloe was great and was careful to do what I asked and get it perfect. I still think it looks great even after washing it myself which is always the acid test. I think it would be better to wait until the treatment is over before trying very hard to sell clients products though, instead of doing this before the cut and finish. Priorities! Overall the staff were very friendly indeed but it made me wince to hear another stylist tell another client loudly and in great detail all about her medical history and intimate details. Didnt give a good impression. I would ho back though as the cut was good.

Fantastic hair colourist! Chloe takes the time to listen to exactly what you want and her colour and cuts last so well!

Had my usual approx. 6 week appt with Pauline. fancied a bit of a change in style, discussed this with Pauline and left everything in her capable hands. as usual she knew just what I wanted, and managed to make me " look years younger" according to my other half. Thank you Pauline.

Pauline has been doing my hair for years, I have never been disappointed with the result, had a cut & finish today & booked up for my highlights to be done soon, when I am at Serene I find it very relaxing, Pauline & the rest of the staff are always friendly & welcoming.

Kat is amazing , so knowledgeable, she listens and gives good advice , a pleasure to go and have my hair cut .

Snuck in on the off chance of (an overdue) "holiday haircut" as down for the weekend - got an appt with Chloe for a cut and blow dry and then Cara for my nails.

What a delight! Not just the best cut I've had in a while but I've worked out that it's actually cost neutral to have hair & nails done here with train from London than to stay amd have them done where I live and I'll save if I get my highlights done too!

Great service, lovely staff, fab prices... and some clean sea air.

I'll be back ☺

On recommendation from sally at the fabulous Beach boutique in Broadstairs I went for the time to Serene as some who uses Toni & Guy in London I will now use Serene when I’m in Broadstairs, spotless shop extremely friendly experienced staff. A sign of efficiency when I asked for toner on my bleached hair was told I would have to have a skin ! This is a sign of a very professional saloon so 5stars all round x

Been coming here for a couple of years for waxing from Megan and wouldn't go anywhere else. All the staff are lovely, always feel welcomed and comfortable. Able to book online, wax and products personalised to my sensitive skin type and always a great result.

Was lovely looking forward to the signature facial ..

Pauline really understands my hair as it’s a bit thin and flat. Good cut and tips on styling means I leave the salon happily with more oomph in my hair!

As always a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Pauline does my hair exactly asi like it - always taking time to discuss what is being done first. Mia who washed my hair was very efficient and pleasant.
