Staff are always friendly and kind to all their customers especially old folk like me. What they do seems to last so much longer than when I do my own hair between visits.

Worst haircut I’ve ever had and I had to pay £50 for the privilege. It was slow, uneven and when I phoned up to complain once I’d got home and realised quite how wonky it was, I was made to feel like I was stupid and no real help to fix.
I would never normally leave a bad review and tried to resolve without having to review but when I rang wasn’t listened too. I have been a number of times before to the salon and always been happy but I won’t be back after this experience.
Unfortunately you did not give us an opportunity to rectify your compalint.. When you were invited to return to the salon, which is our policy, you said you needed to speak to your husband and that was the last we heard of you. You were listened to, you dismissed anything we said so feel this review is totally unjustified.

Having lost a lot of hair through the stress of the pandemic response (lockdowns etc), I felt a bit embarrassed to get my hair cut because it is so thin, so kept putting it off. Sue did a lovely job and I am very grateful for the care she took. I would highly recommend.
