I walked in to see what could be done with my hair, this was explained and got me booked in with Ellie. She was lovely friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Head massage was amazing too. Will be back 😁

Ellie is an absolute hair magician! She has transformed my thin greying unhappy hair into thick and bouncy fun locks. This was the perfect experience. The lady who did my hair wasn’t overly chatty, which is exactly what I wanted. We had a good chat when we did speak, but it never felt forced — she was focused on doing a good job, which she absolutely did and then some.
I’m usually quite nervous about getting my hair cut, but I felt completely at ease and I’m so happy with the results. She was quick and efficient without making me feel rushed.
Despite being busy with me, she also took the time to support her colleague with a tricky walk-in customer, which I thought was lovely to see.
I’m not sure if I’ve selected the right stylist, but she has an elephant tattoo on her arm. She was kind, professional and clearly very good at what she does.
Definitely will be back! I really appreciated an experience where I could relax without someone talking my ear off. I shut my eyes at some points as I felt so relaxed ☺️

First time coming to the salon, I hadn’t had it cut in quite a while. Happy with my visit. Ellie listened to what I wanted at the start, the hair wash was lovely and relaxing, and as a quiet person I appreciated the calm atmosphere.
