I'm not sure if that was the stylist's name. But she was obviously not interested in cutting my hair as it was obvious it felt like a chore to her. She made no effort to converse with me. It's the first time I've felt like that in your salon. But I don't think I'll be coming back.

Absolutely superb! I turned up (after a long period of poor health) with long neglected hair that was well overdue for care and attention, and received nothing short of a magical transformation! Dehydrated, dull locks with tangled ends were coaxed through a bleaching and toning process with nourishing and patient care to result in crystal colour and silken texture. Farah worked so hard to make sure my hair wasn’t just spruced up, but looked the absolute best it possibly could. She was kind, reassuring, patient under pressure, absolutely diligent and looked after me so well. The teamwork amongst staff, all caring and looking out for each other is exemplary.
