Hi I was really pleased to come to the salon today. My first haircut since March . Despite all of the restrictions and PPE Jess was really professional, and sweet . Im really happy with my trim . I will definitely come again . My local salon is St Albans but as I go to Welwyn fir shopping etc I will definitely comebto thus salon again .

I would like to heap praise upon Chloe and Zoe at the Harvey Centre beach of Toni and Guy. Two weeks ago today I crept into the salon very embarrassed by my straw like and grey hair. They were WONDERFUL! everyone in the salon was calm and welcoming and my newly cut and coloured hair is still a big relief every time I wake up in the morning. Jen on the desk was lovely too - all in all it was superb service from everyone . I can’t wait for my next appointment. Huge thanks. Christine

Very happy with the safety and hygiene standards, the spacing of customers, the cleanliness of the salon, and of course the usual very high level of service. I was VERY impressed with the measures taken to ensure the safety of clients and staff and very appreciative of the phone call I received before my visit to the salon. Lucy, as always, gave me an excellent haircut and it was lovely to see her again.

My Son is 14 and this was his first visit Toni & Guy. We’ve tried countless number of hairdressers and barbers and had passable or dreadful haircuts. Today Lucy cut his hair and I can truly say that she worked miracles. To see my Son smile and look confident was wonderful, he even took a selfie to show his mates! I can’t thank you enough Lucy. Up to the usual super standard! Had wondered if I needed this visit on 1st day after lockdown - previous cut on last day pre-lockdown was so good, hair still looked ‘tidy’! Glad to see the team again

Lovely to be back in the salon today. Made to feel very welcome, that I was safe and that the safe were safe to. Apart from visors, masks, additional cleaning and more distance between clients the wonderful atmosphere was the same

Really happy with my first post lockdown haircut, the stylist was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job.

All very professional. Temperature taken and hands sanitised on arrival, pack of disposable PPE for the appointment - excellent! Last but very far from least, great haircut as usual!!

Given the situation, I felt comfortable and relaxed. It was so good to get my hair cut and have it done so well.
