Very happy with the service provided today throughout my appointment. Maddie did a great job and gave very useful advice. Pleased with my new look.

I came with long Bob asking for shorter hair and got haircut after which my partner ended up cutting some of hair strands off because there were sticking out… hair different length… will be looking for new hairdresser

I came in last week for a haircut and I am so disappointed. The stylist didn’t even cut my hair properly, the lengths are uneven and all she did was cut my hair straight. Not worth the money even I could have cut my hair straight at home for free

My first visit to Welwyn Salon, it was a great experience, all of the staff were friendly and very efficient and always attentive. My colour and cut is great and I’m very pleased with the overall result.
The salon is lovely and clean and the atmosphere is great which must be a challenge for the staff in these current times.

Lucy done an amazing job on my daughters hair today as always. So professional and always so kind and welcoming. Couldn't recommend enough. The whole experience was fine considering everything with covid. The salon was very clean and safe, only letting a couple of people in at a time, with masks to hand and stations cleaned down straight away. Thank you!

My haircut is exactly what I wanted. Victoria is so kind and helpful.

I arrived a few minutes early a little nervous and was met by my stylist who introduced herself . I was immediately taken to my chair given a fresh mask and apron and asked what I would like done . Lucy gave me lots of advice . She was very patient when I asked her to take more off the length . The final result was perfect and I felt so much better about my appesrance

Lucy and Zoe have used their magic on my hair today. As a rather aged client I am always awed by the kindness and understanding and the superb profession of the staff team at Welwyn. Zoe and Lucy are talented and yet unfailingly friendly and warm.
I’m also SO happy to to be able to use the phone again. Jemma is so welcoming and far far kinder than any online booking could ever be.please don’t ever let her go!
