Wilde hair salon is great. Lovely homely atmosphere, all the staff are very friendly and welcoming and very good at what they all do

First visit since business had changed hands. The salon had had a slight makeover, but was still recognisable. Stacie was helpful and professional- talked enough, but not too much. I was satisfied with the results. Price significantly higher than under the previous owners, so will have to reflect on that- but it was made clear to me when I booked.

Natalie never fails to amaze me! She listens so well to what I want and offers adaptations if needed to improve the style I want so it suits my skills and lifestyle.

She cuts and styles with precision and offers great after care advice. I always leave 110% happy! I recommend Natalie and Wilde About Hair to anyone, whether you are looking for a trim or a restyle.

Natalie listened to how I wanted my hair to look. She described how she would cut the hair to create the style I asked for and the end result matched how I wanted the style to look. Natalie was professional, friendly and put me at ease.

I can’t thank Luke enough he is amazing at what he does .. my hair was looking quite dull and dry partly to do with hormonal changes he came up with the idea of putting some brighter highlights around my face .. also advised me on managing the dryness .. he also applied a conditioner to reduce the dryness . End result .. loved it so much .. I have been going to Luke over 4 years now and would highly recommend him. The whole team are amazing .

I have never been disappointed with a hair cut with Gary. He listens to what you want. I was very pleased with my hair cut after my latest visit and thought the new salon was great. There is always a nice atmosphere in the shop too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or the salon.

Brilliant Cut by Gary

I’ve been trying to find a creative and skilled stylist for the ten years I’ve lived in the UK, and I’m so very pleased to have found Gary and Wilde about Hair! Every other salon I’ve tried has been so boring and conservative and gender normative. I finally got a great haircut and a style that isn’t the same as every other woman in the UK (long and straight).

Super hair cut, as always. Gary is a superb cutter. I'm always very pleased with my cut from my first visit 10 years ago.

So pleased with todays haircut - Gary really knows what suits me.

Natalie was amazing as usual. Very talented.
However, the assistant did not give a very good wash. She didn’t wash under the back middle and bottom of my hair. No massage offered either.

Luke is honestly the best colourist and stylist I have ever had. If he moved to Timbuktu, I would have to as well :-) Definitely a top talent that all my family now use as well. Thank you Luke x

I stumbled across Wilde about hair after going to a well known salon nearby for years. Luke gave me a different slightly shorter cut and I loved it. Have been sorted out by Stacie for years now. Colour, wellaplex and finish. Colour is gorgeous and it feels great. But the style is out of this world. Lots of curls and a sweet little plat!
