The salon unfortunately is not! The chairs are uncomfortable, only one backwash works and temp is hard to get right on taps.. lighting in the salon is atrocious everything looks yellow so distorts colour.. no proper coffee today to top it all off!
You are charging top prices and for that the customer should be getting a luxury experience in an up to date fully functioning salon!

I have to say for the centre of St Albans this is like stepping back into 1980s the decor is very dated and the place looks extremely in need of a refurb. The whole salon lacks any atmosphere and considering the stylists are young and up to date sadly the salon isn’t.
It is an expensive visit when sat at the basins you are looking at stains on the false ceiling. I was very happy with my hair but in such a competitive jndustry at the very least you need to have somewhere that draws in the clients along with offers to entice people to return and this salon when you compare to other franchises falls very short of the mark.

Wonderful haircut! Short and sharp. Perfect, and well cut. Lovely experience too, I felt relaxed and at ease. Courtney was friendly and gave me exactly the cut I wanted.
