Just had my haircut and coloured by Ana. She is really lovely and friendly and I’m really pleased with my cut and highlights. Love the colour!

Great hair advice and good recommendations for products. Good value for a cut and blow dry, lovely personal service, I would recommend SAKS St Albans without hesitation, all their stylists are good.

I had the pleasure of having Georgina cut my hair after I needed an urgent fix from a previous bad cut. She totally got the memo and nailed exactly what I wanted, which I’ve struggled to achieve with past haircuts. This was my first time at Saks and I’ll happily be back! I was so happy with the result and have had loads of compliments, which is always a bonus. Thank you Georgina and Saks for such a great experience!

I’ve visited Saks in St Albans three times now to see Ana and I’ve always been made to feel welcome. Ana always listens to my wishes and gives really good advice about what can be achieved with my hair. She has been patient with all my questions and shown great knowledge and expertise.

Visited the salon today for a cut and blow dry. I am so pleased with my haircut and Kimbery is as sooo lovely. Professional service in a friendly environment. Will definitely be back again for my next hair cut. I highly recommend Saks. Thank you guys.

Fabulous cut and colour by Ana at Saks St Albans

I have had a cut and colour so far with Ana and have been really pleased. Ana is lovely and has lots of knowledge about curly hair.

I usually tolerate going to a salon but I thoroughly enjoyed my morning at Saks. The welcome was warm and friendly, Georgina really listened and took time to get it right, the atmosphere is relaxed and I came away really pleased with my haircut which is still behaving nearly a week on and looks great - thank you all!

My stylist was lovely and did a great job with the blow dry however my overall impression of the salon was not good. It felt cold, stairs to toilet were not clean, coffee machine was broken (new one arrived whilst I was there) and the whole experience didn’t feel luxurious or pampering at all. I will see what my next appointment is like!

I can't remember the name of the LOVELY girl who did my hair this morning. Blonde girl, 24 years old.

Before my appointment, I was feeling really rubbish and not great about myself. My hairdresser somehow made me feel so much better. So kind, chatty, made me feel good about myself. She did a fab job with my hair - advising me on length and colour. But more than anything, I value the fact that she made me feel great. Really brightened my day. Thank you! (I just wish I could remember your name 😂😂)

Besa is the best. Such care, pleasantness and genuine talent. As a long time customer. I note you have a high turnover of stylists. Please don't lose this lady 🙏 The ambiance at SAKS is peaceful and welcoming. But you do need to keep hold of talent. Besa is the best yet.

I am lucky to have a hairdressers like Saks close by. They listen and advise and make you feel special and not just another customer

I booked last minute, having not had my haircut for a wee while (I tend to be a bit fussy about who cuts my hair and need to trust someone, so finding someone new tends to be a bit tricky)… Besa was lovely and took her time, doing a beautiful job… I am writing this the next morning and am still very happy.
