Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I appreciate your honest feedback and was pleased to hear that you were happy with the colour Anna achieved.
I understand, however, that the tint marks left around your hairline and on your face caused you concern. While the staining did eventually fade, I apolagise that this does not change the fact that you left the salon with a visible mark and felt the need to return on two occasions for reassurance.
I am sorry that you felt your concerns were not fully acknowledged. It was never my intention to dismiss how you were feeling, and I can see why the situation left you frustrated. We always want our clients to feel listened to, supported and cared for, especially when something does not go as expected.
Please be assured that I took on board the situation at the time and have since discussed things with the team to ensure greater care is taken to prevent staining and acknowledge any concerns raised by clients are handled with the understanding and reassurance they deserve.
You have invested both time and money in your appointment, including your Colourstart test and additional visits to the salon, and I understand why the overall experience was disappointing.
