I came in wanting something quite unique and out there and Theresa was able to pull it off spectacularly. She truly is a colour magician, she made my hair look incredible and I’ve had so many compliments

Sharon was so kind and recut my hair because we had tried leaving it longer than normal but it didn’t work out, so she very kindly cut it for me agsin

Lovely to be greeted with the offer of a tray of tea on a wet day . Louise listened carefully to how I like my hair styled and made some suggestions that were helpful. Volume conditioner used after my hair was washed. Louise cut my carefully and I was pleased with the result.

From start to finish all the team I engaged were friendly and couldn’t be more helpful.
Michelle also took time to understand what I wanted, and the occasion for my blow dry and offered tailored advice related to it. The finish was lovely and lasted well, and also drew compliments from others for how nice my hair looked.

Louise is amazing as always! I wasn’t sure what I wanted a bit of this a bit of that and Louise performed her magic! And it was just what I wanted!

Walking into Mosaic is like getting a hug from a friend. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and I’m so well looked after.
Every appointment is just blissful “me” time whether I’m having a treatment or hair cut or simply having my hair washed as a treat.
