Came to this salon as I heard good things. Not disappointed. Everyone is friendly, calm atmosphere. Amy is consistently good, giving an excellent precision cut every time.

As a new customer who doesn't usually enjoy trips to the hairdresser very much I was very pleasantly surprised with my first visit to Mosaic. A really nice calm atmosphere in the busy salon and a good discussion about the style I wanted with Sam. I had a very gentle complementary head massage with the wash and my re-style was executed very expertly. Thanks Sam, really happy with the result and I'll definitely be coming back.

As always - Sally’s eye for detail never fails - I don’t know how she does it! And holds a riveting conversation at the same time! I’m very happy with my hair.

I have been coming to Mosaic, and specifically to Michelle, for at least 23 years, which speaks for itself. I always have a great cut; I've even had people stop me in the street afterwards to comment on the excellent cut and styling. The salon generally provides excellent service from the receptionist, to the hair washer and the stylist. Really professional.

Louise is just wonderful she talked me through my hair colour what we were going to do how we were going to achieve it. I showed her my vision and we agreed tothat it would be perfect for my hair. Being nervous colouring my hair she put me right at ease!

Theresa did a great job especially as she hadn’t done my hair before. Tilly did was very sensitive when washing my hair.

I have been a loyal customer of Mosiac for many years, today was the first time I was taken care by the lovely Michelle. Although I am a regular with a long chit sheet of my previous appointments and treatments, Michelle suggested a different way of addressing particular resistant greys not wanting to pigment! I was impressed with her quick thinking within five minutes of meeting me for the first time. She continued to impress with advising the best technique to sit in whilst in development - never been informed of that - thank you!! I could go on perennially but in conclusion she provided a very methodical and scientific response to my question about when to expect greys to reappear!! Thank you again so much Michelle

Always a lovely experience from minute you walk in door. Staff are very attentive. Michelle has cut my hair for some time now and I would happily recommend her. I always get compliments about my hair after I’ve visited.

My first experience of a ‘real’ salon in many years, and it was a great treat! Annette was helpful with advice and suggestions about my cut, and did a superb job. My hair wash was great too (although I didn’t catch the name of the member of staff who did that). I’m very pleased with the outcome and will definitely be back.
