I’m always very happy with my hair, I’ve never left the shop feeling it’s not quite right.

I have been going to HOB Salons in Rickmansworth for a number of years now. I have gotten to know most of the team and more importantly (as a customer) they have gotten to know me. I’m greeted with warmth and friendship at the front desk, before taking my seat for a wash and my few minutes of indulgence with a head massage. I have come to look forward to catching up on what’s happening with Shabnam (my stylist) and sharing what’s happening with me. I value that “me” time very much and couldn’t think of a better team to enjoy it with.

Rececca did my cut and Debra my roots. I was really pleased with their professionalism and was very happy with how my hair looked.

This haircut was the first time I’ve been out into an enclosed public space since lockdown. I was made to feel safe and at ease. I was given my own set of PPE and the setting was lovely and quiet. Rebecca always does such a wonderful job with my hair, she knows it so well and it always looks fabulous. Thank you so much.

Umesha is a most talented hairdresser, the products she uses on my hair makes sure my style lasts all week until my next blow dry appointment, and Umesha makes sure I am happy with my style. Until I started having regular appointments at Hobs my hair was in poor condition, but attending Hobs regularly and using Hob products only has made a big difference to the condition of my hair. Thank you Hobs, the team in Rickmansworth make me feel very special.

Having difficult hair and regularly moving countries for work are a combination designed to give me trust issues when it comes to getting my hair cut.

I used Hob when I last lived in England and the salon was always a friendly place with a great atmosphere. I returned two years ago and found nothing had changed. Sarah has done a great job with my unruly mop ever since, and didn’t laugh too loud when I turned up for my first cut after the COVID lockdown. She also expertly handled my teenage daughter when she wanted to go from very long hair to cropped in one cut. I would recommend Hob and Sarah to anyone.

Very hygienic and safe environment. Have had Shabnam styling my hair for 4 years now and she knows exactly what to do and very very happy with the results.
