Super experience- all the staff are friendly & approachable - and as experts are happy to provide guidance and recommendations on style and/or colour. Everyone still following Covid guidelines with face coverings which provides reassurance they care about my experience and health & safety too.

Please, please, please... can you get the juniors/assistants name badges, or better still, embroidered t-shirts. Every time I have to go through the weird embarrassment of trying to work out who to give my tip to. I know I am not alone in this.

I literally hate going to the hairdresser. It is boring and a waist of time, except Richard is an amazing stylist, who works magic with his scissors and I look fantastic after he has teased my hair into locks of silk. He does all this while keeping me entertained with political debate or kindness and understanding, whichever I am needing at that moment. So perhaps I don’t hate going to the hairdressers as much as I once did.

Ilana cuts and styles my hair and I feel a million dollars by the time I leave.. Both ladies are always honest with me and I always trust them. I never leave disappointed. Daisy has also coloured my hair and is equally amazing!!

I liked the new salon and particularly all the innovations made to protect customers and staff against the virus. The staff were also helpful and courteous as before.
