Daisy always listens so what I feel I want and does the most amazing job on my colour. She is the best and most professional hair colourist I have ever encountered. And lovely with it as our all the very welcoming team

Daisy is always very friendly and nothing ever seems to be a problem. She is always on time and good at what she does. I wouldn’t let anyone touch my colour apart from her.

Gemma is fabulous and so is Daisy. All the girls are lovely. Here is the problem. As a customer paying quite a lot of money I would hope my wishes are important. Richard seems to like the door open. It’s freezing and we have wet hair! I asked for the door to be closed and he said he was letting fresh air in. Basically ignored me. However shortly after he closed it. The girls tell me he always has the door open and they are freezing. More importantly coming in is supposed to be a relaxing experience. Are you kidding!!! Terrible head banging music turned right up. I can’t hear what the stylist is saying half the time and I have no problem with my hearing. I asked one of the girls to ask Ryan to turn it down and in the end I got up myself and asked him and he did. It’s not a Rave! Most of the clients in there were not young and the woman next to me said I’m really glad you did that. She couldn’t bear it either. You really need to consider your clients more. Some of them are in their 80s - do you really think thd want head banging music while getting their hair done? I was so happy to leave and come home. This is every time I come in. If it wasn’t for the girls who are amazing I wouldn’t come in at all. Sorry but you need to consider your clients more.

I love the way Richard cuts my hair and trust him with my locks 100%. To cap it all, I always get handed a nice strong cup of tea by the lovely staff. What more could a girl ask for? ?

The stylist is not named in your list. She cut my hair very nicely as Richard was off sick. However I Did find the salon less tidy and clean than usual and the reception staff not quite as warm and friendly as usual.

Hayley is brilliant. The extensions she does are so good. Great colour match. Look so natural. I am very pleased and will go to her from now on. Although I will ask for shorter ones next time.
But I am very happy with the service !!!

I saw Hayley to get my extensions removed and she is so lovely and removed them really well. The I saw Kabila for colour. She goes above and beyond and is brilliant always makes me laugh.

Mia was great listened and was lovely, as was Paris for the cut as usual.
Only thing I would say is all the hair dye had gone into my ears and they were black when I got home so would have been nice to use the stuff the girls when shampooing used on my face

I have been going to the salon to see Richard for a few years now, and without fail I have consistently received the best experience. From a very friendly service at the door to a wash and cut that is both relaxing and skilled, I leave my time at HOB in Radlett feeling fantastic. Highly recommend visiting the team here if you want to look and feel a bit better!

It was the first time that Richard has ever done my hair, and I was delighted.
I live in Norfolk, and have a hairdresser up here, but I am seriously thinking about making the trip down every six weeks!
