Always a relaxing experience . Good vibes in the salon and plenty of drinks. Donna does a fabulous job of cutting my hair. I mixed up my appointment time yesterday and every effort was made to fit me in. I do think that hair washing could improve as yesterday the back of my hair was barely touched and today is greasy- would usually wash my hair every 4 days. I also think that the salon is ready for a bit of an upgrade- flooring?

I was very impressed today, everyone so friendly but also professional, will definitely be going again. Very pleased with my hair today, love the colour and my cut and style with steve was brill ????????

Warm and welcoming as usual, I was well looked after by all the staff and very pleased with my cut and blow dry. Left the salon feeling like a new woman!

I was booked in for colour cut but they said colour was pointless so shifted stuff about so I could get my cut done without waiting

Firstly lou is just such a wonderful lady. So easy to talk to and makes you feel so so welcome not only me but to my son aswell, lou corrected my hair for me and has done such a fantastic job on my hair. 3 times ive had lou and each time ive loved it. It's the first time in years i have been happy with my hair colour and condition.
Such a lovely atmosphere. Everyone is so so friendly and also whilst having my hair done they have all helped me look after my baby boy too which i appreciate so much.
I was always checked on to make sure i was ok or if i needed anything too.
Hair looks amazing and such lovely people! Thankyou lou!! Xx

Had another haircut today Katy was great as always! Very happy with finish, and whole team was very accommodating ( I brought my small baby with me) everyone helped to calm a baby when she got tired by the end and was very patient with both of us! Can't thank you enough as always!

I’ve always been anxious about having my hair cut.. when I moved to hitchin in the summer a friend recommended Donna and wow I instantly felt at ease the first time I met her. I’ve been back every time since for a cut. I won’t use anyone else, she’s so skilled, always makes me walk out feeling confident which I’ve not had before in other salons. She’s such a friendly lovely person too. Full marks from me. Paula x

Really happy with my decision to come to Toni & Guy to get my colour done. They are really accommodating in terms of my appointment timing and great at suggesting what will work for me and ambition for hair style and colour.

I am always nervous with haircuts ,I havnt got much hair ,but after Donna had finished she had listened to my fears and created just what i had asked !It has stayed a great shape and will be sticking with Donna for my future haircuts .

I was a bit disappointed to have my hair washed with a jug as there was no hot water. The girl washing my hair said that it had been like that for a while... not what you expect from T and G service.
