My normal lady had left the Hitchin branch and Drew did my hair today. Well what can I say,, fab!!!! Great hair stylist. Please don’t move on to pastures new 🙏🙏🙏 Even better than previous visits. Yes I’m fussy but my hair is perfect and I know without a shadow of doubt it will be extremely easy to manage. Thank you Drew x

He was attentive and easy to talk to. We discussed my requirements and taking his expert advice on age appropriate styling I have walked out of the salon feeling like a million dollars. Thanks Steve, will be booking again. My new haircut is the best my hair has looked and felt for years.

i stupidly thought that the brand and cost would mean i was happy with my hair! got the opposite of everything i asked for and left with tears in my eyes, had to wear a hat to my parents as i felt so self conscious.. i won't be recommending or returning

I loved my first experience at this salon- both the reception and my stylist, Aneta, were very friendly, helpful and professional. Aneta went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and welcome and she's really an expert stylist- my haircut went beyond my expectations. I'll certainly be coming back.

I haven’t had a haircut since February so it really needed to be a good cut. My hair is very fine and straight and can be tricky. Katy did a fantastic job with lots of careful attention to detail. The whole experience was well worth the nearly year long wait and my hair looks and feels much better just in time for Christmas. I felt safe and chose an earlier time which was quiet too. Katy A did an amazing job with my hair, and was always thorough with making sure I was happy with the length, style etc. I picked a style very different to my normal hair but I loved the end result instantly!

I had a WONDERFUL experience today with Savanna and Lisa. The girls were fab at advising me on my cut and colour and I completely trusted them. Brilliant girls - thank you. Also thanks to Lucy who was run off her feet but was also just lovely!

Always such a welcoming atmosphere, delicious coffee, a lovely head massage and of course a great cut! I always feel in very safe hands and come away feeling on top of the world.

Anna cut mine and my daughters hair today. We both have thick hair and my daughters is naturally curly as well. Anna has done a fabulous cut for both of us and really listened to us and gave us the best hair cuts suitable for our individual hair type. Excellent service and excellent cuts. Will definitely be going back to Anna.

My experience was great as a first-timer at a professional hair salon. Kate did an amazing job on my hair and it defo boosted my confidence too. She was super nice and talk able and made sure I was okay with everything she was doing with my hair. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

I’m really impressed with the cut and blow dry I got - Katy was great at managing my quite curly and tangled hair that can be difficult to style! Very happy with the result!

Great covid practice. I could see how they are getting used to it all now. The salon doesn’t have the old hustle and bustle it used to have but it was a calm experience. You get what you pay for!

Savanna colored my hair. Savanna chooses the right color for my hair and skin tone. She’s a wonderful color technician.
Annetta cuts and styles my hair. Annetta really knows how to cut my hair to flatter my face and with her expertise in cutting I’m able to style my hair at home and look great day after day.

I’ve been a loyal T&G customer for years and I always get my hair done by Aneta. She is amazing, extremely talented and fluent in ALL hair types. The staff are professional, friendly and they always make sure you leave happy.

Could not recommend this place enough, if you want a new look, see Aneta, you won’t regret it.

Side note: the precautions for safety is unlike anything I’ve seen, I felt totally safe in regards to the covid-19. The staff take it very seriously.
