I had my hair cut by Jenny - and as always she spent ages making sure it was exactly as the picture and making sure it sat just right. The hairdressing company always makes you feel very comfortable, is exceptional value for money and has a massage chair - enough said!

First visit to the hairdressing company, Hitchin I was very pleased with my cut and finish by Katy. The products used were lovely and Katy used both her professional knowledge and my wishes to carry out the cut.

This is the longest that I have ever stuck with the same salon! They never let me down. The atmosphere is great and all the staff are friendly, approachable and very good at what they do!!

I have been getting my hair cut by Wayne in the Hitchin salon for about a year now after spontaneously popping in one day. Always get a great cut and a brilliant service so haven't been to any other salons since. Love the vibrating chairs when getting my hair washed too :-)

Have been coming here for a year or more and always excellent service. Good advice about what works and what doesn't for my hair. Only wish it could get pure privilege points here and then would purchase products.

Cannot recommend Jenny highly enough. Best hairdresser I have ever had. Lovely saloon too.

THC is by far the smartest and nicest hairdressers in hitchin. I moved from London where I'd been to a fantastic place in Knightsbridge so my expectations are pretty high. Having tried a few others in hitchin, both chain & independent, my experience at THC has been much better.
I have highlights and initially the only person who could do my first appointment was quite junior (pre-Christmas emergency appointment!). I was nervous but she was a pro. The highlights were natural and subtle. She also blow dried my hair really well. No-one else in any of the other salons in hitchin really does this, they lack skill & confidence.
I've seen other people at THC since and all have been great. Even better, it was far better value than the big chain salons, really reasonably priced.
The salon itself is really nice, clean smart and welcoming.
I have no hesitation in recommending which isn't something I say often!

I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received today.
My request was to reduce the severe regrowth that I was experiencing from having blonde highlights. Katy chose colours and tints to compliment my skin tone. Could not recommend highly enough!

I was warmly welcomed in this lovely all natural products (Aveda) salon and instead of my usual concern I felt completely at ease in the hands of Katie who knew instinctively what my hair needed. I give the THC 5 stars all the way and look forward to my next encounter!
