I am so happy with my hair! Danielle done an amazing job and was lovely, always making sure I was okay and offering me tea/coffee. Danielle also helped me with ways to look after my hair moving forward. I am so pleased. Was defiantly worth the money and 45 minute journey!

Had great advice from Jo (the one with the twins) - she sugg I go for a semi permanent colour followed by lowlights. Then she spruced up my look with a amazing cut! I looked 10 years younger! Loved the experience!
I phoned on 25.7. and made an appointment with Arran for Tuesday 7.8. at 10.30 am. I arrived 1/2 hr early to be told by owner that no appointment was recorded & Arran, who works for the Academy (he's not yet fully qualified) was not in that day. I was informed a fully qualified hairdresser could tint my roots for £60 instead of the £25 I usually pay. I was not prepared to pay that. I was then told I could return at 1 pm or the next day and was told someone could do my hair for £40! I was unable to return later or the next day, so the owner said he could do my hair for £40. I agreed reluctantly as I badly needed my hair done, but I was totally shocked that the appointment made with Arran was not in the book and I was to be charged considerably more for the same thing. In fact, no more than max. 15 mins was spent doing my roots and, after a new recruit washing my hair, the hairdresser's check of what he'd done was so cursory he didn't notice I had tint on the left side of my forehead (which I had to remove myself at home!). I told my thoughts to the receptionist, who concurred with me. I should have been charged only £25 as it was the salon's error and I really felt very despondent on leaving. I'm seriously considering whether to continue attending this salon. It would have been far better for the OWNER to lose £15 and keep a long-standing client, but to charge more with a far less than half-hearted apology was disgraceful. The only way to ensure I continue as a client is for the salon to phone, apologise & make satisfactory amends. I normally am very relaxed after having had my hair done!! But definitely not last Tuesday.

What a lovely hairdressers, I have just moved to the area and not only did they fit me in at the last minute and which I end up running 10 minutes late for and feeling stressed when I got there. They could have not been more welcoming and professional. Left not only with an excellent haircut done by Jo but feeling relaxed and knowing I will definitely be going back.

Lucy was amazing with my autistic daughter she was so patient and lovely with her and she got a junior (also Lucy) to do plaits for her. A very successful haircut at a different place for my daughter.
Receptionist was very friendly and polite. The stylist was late to arrive to work and not friendly at all. Did not make polite conversation and cut my hair uneven. The colour was good. Will not go to her again. But may try someone different.

If you haven’r Been to Cedars you need to get your butt there. I had my colour done by Claire and blow dry down by Sam. I can out feeling a million dollars. Very friendly welcoming salon with customer focus. Made me feel very welcome and I have re-booked. Thanks guy ❤️
I’ve had two separate hair laser removals packages over the last two years with different salons all of which have semi worked.
Came in for a consultation with Helen and she explained the science behind it all and I realised why my previous treatments hadn’t worked.
Plus she had mentioned that she’s been doing beauty for 25 years and so I have complete trust and confidence in her.
Also whilst I was in there I decided to ask about hair prices and decided to let one of their juniors loose on my hair she was completely confident my hair looks fabulous, what more could a girl asked for.... wish I came here years ago. Thank you
My first visit to this salon yesterday as I followed my usual hairdresser here. Boy did she make a good choice moving here - wonderful salon, really friendly people and great washbasin chairs!! Fabulous cut and colour from Jo, as always. Felt like a million dollars. 5*

Lovely Staff and Excellent Service
Each person does what they are good at. I had my hair dyed by Clair who clearly knows her craft. Then some one else washed & dried my hair leaving Claire to start another client. Which i think is a bettet use of her time. Clair still came and checked the colouring and adjusted it before final wash. I did not feel like i was handed off. It was all very profressional. Never been to salon like this. Will definitely go back.

I normally have a short bob which Joanne has always cut wonderfully, but decided to grow my hair for my holiday, Joanne was fab about ideas and ways to style my hair, but also to cut and style it to give me choices.
Also, a lovely hair washer, a young chap, very informative of how to wash and dry my hair and not forgetting reception, very welcoming even though they were busy.
Really love coming here. So professional and the results are great.
As always with Helena, I am so happy with my salon experience with her. She is a delightful friendly girl and so keen to please. She always gives me the most wonderful smooth blowdrys which last so well! She is also excellent with tinting my hair and I love my hair colour which she has helped me to achieve.
