***** was fine in the beginning but never thought to come to me in the end and make sure I was satisfied.
The girl who washed my hair got my top at the back all wet. Also she jetted lot of water in my right ear.
When I booked the appointment I was told £45 for full head with *****. When I went to pay , the lad quoted £50. I told her I was quoted £45, then she said that was fine.
Nobody was there to take my apron off or bring my jacket to me!!
All in all it was a very unsatisfactory experience.
I always go to Cedars for my tint. Next time I’ll think twice before I book with them.

I thought the service at Cedars was wonderful, in need of an emergency appointment I was dealt with straight away. Courteous and friendly staff, the stylist (apologies for not getting his name) was professional, attentive and obviously skilled at his job - I came out looking a lot better than when I walked in! I always see DJ who never fails to disappoint. He has done an execellent colour and cut on my hair today, it’s the best I’ve ever seen my hair. I love it. I was in and out within 2 hours too which is a record for half a head of highlights and cut / blow dry. I can not fault the service, conversation or environment. I will keep returning. I have been going to cedars for a while now. My hair was cut n finished by lovely HELENA, I really loved the time, she was so friendly and welcoming.
Also my hair is very thin and she suggested a better way to cut it. Loved the interest she gave to give me a personalised service. I highly recommend Helena for anyone and would definitely be going back.
As a whole the place is a friendly place and reasonably priced. Easy to hook the appointments etc..
I came into the salon yesterday to have a root tint and blow dry with Lucy. As she was applying the tint I asked her how long it would be until I would be back with her for a blow dry. She told me that it would be half an hour. As I was waiting for the tint to take effect, her next client came in 15 minutes late. Five minutes later the heater that assists with the tint clicked off. I was left waiting for 15 minutes until I made my way to the reception area to enquire why there was a delay. I understand that people run late, I would just have appreciated Lucy letting me know the situation and maybe offer me a drink. As she was aware that she was running late she should have communicated this to another member of staff and asked one of the juniors to start washing my hair. I am usually a satisfied customerr and receive excellent service.

Booked in for a full leg, Hollywood and underarm was and received the most wonderful treatment from Helen. It’s only the second time I’ve been waxed but I was made to feel comfortable and not at all self conscious. She worked quickly but was very considerate and made sure each area was fully waxed. I would highly recommend her services especially for anyone new to being waxed!
And my hair appointment was also brilliant! The staff in Cedars are so lovely and make you feel very welcomed and looked after. Lucie discussed colour and cut options for me and was really helpful throughout my whole time in the salon. I will definitely be coming back when my roots need doing! My hair feels smooth and has a lovely shine now!
