The technician Eva was very friendly and professional unfortunately the product wasn’t it smudged before leaving the salon which was corrected by Eva but within an hour or so the varnish bubbled and started to lift which look a mess so I had to remove it which wasn’t easy either
I couldn't believe that I walked in feeling so tense. When I got up I really felt good.thank you

I was annoyed because my children gave me a voucher for £ 50 . I wanted to have my eyebrows shaped and tinted, and asked what else you could do for me within the value of the voucher. You told me I could have a facial, so I booked in for both. After the facial I was told I had to pay another £15. The cost of treatments should be made clear, and I should have been told that the eyebrow tint and facial would cost a lot more than the value of the voucher. Now I have had to cancel the eyebrow tint( which was really all I wanted done)

It was the very best. Iyva is very experienced, thorough and attentive…and the foot massage…. well that was soooo good! I will be back!! A back massage too maybe. Thanks Iyva.

Can’t recommend Victoria highly enough for waxing - especially Hollywoods! So professional, she makes you feel immediately at ease. * NB: Urban Spa also offer hot wax for this treatment which a lot of salons don’t.

I had a facial which was amazing leaving me feeling relaxed and floating on air, after 2 sessions my skin has improved 100% people have noticed the difference, I left it to Iyva to advise me which she did, very experienced and a lovely person I fully recommend this salon if you are serious about improving your complexion.
