This morning I had a wonderful Indian head massage. I felt so relaxed afterwards-just what I needed.

I had a very relaxing and refreshing Crystal Clear Microdermabrasion Facial with Sanyukta today. A very friendly, lovely and professional atmosphere. Fabulous experience !!

Shauna is excellent and provides a thorough, professional treatment, I have had courses for the Crystal Clear at Urban Spa for 8 years or so now and Shauna is by far the best therapist to have provided this treatment.

I have been booking my monthly waxing appointment with Sanyukat for over one year now. I always ask for her because she is impeccable, friendly but professional at the same time. Going to a beautician for some waxing can be awkward, but I always feel at ease with her. Only book an appointment if she is available.

I think her name is Angela, a Portuguese lady. she did an excellent job. very professional and You can see she knows what ahe is doing. also make me feel comfortable and not shy. never feel this good before. she was worry to finish with an excellent result.

Gel nails on toes and fingers done by Caroline as Nicci was off sick. Terrible result. Application is very messy on hands and feet, gels on 3 fingers already lifting after one day, loads of gel seeping over edge of nails, shape of nails on toes is completely inconsistent whole thing just looks a mess.
£80 for this is a complete waste of money. I will be calling for a refund.

The essential pedicure did not include, removal of hard skin and exfoliating scrub. Nor were my feet and legs soothed with a therapeutic massage. This pedicure did not meet my expectations and not worth £65, would have been happy to pay £35 for the gel manicure. Was really looking to this and very disappointed.

I had an eyelash & eyebrow tint that I paid £26.00 for online for the booking. Whilst having that done the therapist said I had few hairs that needed to be tweezed & would I like her to do that for me, to which I replied yes please. When I checked out i was charged £14.00 for the 're-shaping' so in total i paid £40.00. Sadly I won't be returning as i find the total too expensive.

Have had two CACI Facials and I already see a difference in my skin and feel the need to wear a lot less make up. It's also a lovely lovely experience. A must for all ladies.
