Best salon in Stortford! So welcoming and friendly. My therapist is outstanding. Excellent care and standards whilst still maintaining a relaxing environment. Also love their range of products.

My first trip to Urban Spa since before lockdown. The staff were so great at making me feel safe but still very welcome. Shauna was lovely-it was great to catch up after so long! They really have thought of everything to make you feel comfortable, safe and valued

Lovely crystal clear facial my skin felt smooth and fresh after the treatment.
Lovely friendly team only negative is I’ve spent over £100 on face creams! .

I had a skin review in the scanning machine first and then a brightening facial. Cheryl was very knowledgable, made me feel very relaxed and comfortable and the facial was brilliant. My skin looks and feels great afterwards. I will definitely be looking to book in another facial with her soon.

I’m always afraid to try somebody new but Shauna was really great! Will definitely come back!

No better way to take the weight off your feet than a relaxing foot massage and tidy up for men with Shauna. Shauna has nailed this treatment to ensure she focuses on the relaxation elements of a pedicure to make this a proper man - i- cure.

In the past I have struggled with my eyebrows being quite thin and after alot of patience Sanyukat has got them perfectly shaped for me! I highly recommend her and Rachel who has also done more eyebrows as both are fantastic beauticians! Urban Spa is very welcoming and friendly.
