Unfortunately not a good experience. Asked hair to be cut specifically no shorter than shoulder length. Disappointed it was cut too short. Too late to change.

Very nicely done my hair

I live in Warwickshire but I have my hair cut only by Anna, when I come to visit my daughter in Bishop’s Stortford: Anna knows my fine hair and every time I get a perfect styling, always far beyond my expectations.

Another good cut from Francesca , slight change of style after a consultation with Francesca very pleased with outcome.
