***** was lovely and really tried to correct my hair I came out with highlights rather than ombre the technique used was more of a hilights result as foils were used slightly disappointed maybe a more experienced stylist in ombre technique would have been better

This was my first time at M Salon and first cut in far too long. Kevin listened to what I wanted and advised. The result was possibly my favourite cut of all time. The covid measures were clear and seemed natural to the team, and I felt at ease throughout. I'll definitely be visiting again. Thank you.

The salon has put in a lot of effort to make it safe and you’re provided with masks and gloves on arrival and also have your temperature taken. All of this happens very efficiently and smoothly. Despite having to have the extra precautions it was still as great an experience as ever. It was relaxing and nothing was rushed at all and I came away really happy with my hair cut and feeling recharged. Have been going to Luke got years now and he is fabulous. Friendly and highly experienced!

Every time I go to the salon I feel genuinely comfortable and welcomed. The measures in place ensured safety and care during the “new normal” of the pandemic. The staff greeted me at the door within minutes of my arrival and all measures were communicated by email/ text beforehand so I knew exactly what to expect. My hair looks amazing!! Lots of compliments and queries as to where I get it cut. I can wholeheartedly recommend Luke who is so talented and attentive to the small details.

I had such an amazing experience on my first trip back to the salon post-lockdown. Rose is an absolute joy to have as a stylist, her warm, bubbly personality immediately made me feel at ease. She really took the time to explore with me what I wanted my hair to look like in terms of cut and colour, and the results where the best I’ve had in a long time, perhaps ever! I was so happy with the outcome, it was exactly what I wanted. Aside from that I had such a nice morning chatting away with Rose, it felt like talking to an old friend, I didn’t want to leave! Rose will definitely be my go-to stylist going forward, thanks for a wonderful experience!

This is my 3rd or 4th haircut with Rose and I've not been disappointed once. She always puts 100% into her work, from excellent expert advice before starting, to a sleek, flawless results that always fits what I described to her perfectly. Plus, she is really friendly and great fun to chat to while there.
The salon itself is also brilliant. I was shown in right away, and they are doing the absolute maximum to ensure customer safety, with screens in place and providing every client with PPE. All the staff are super friendly - I finished off by booking in another appointment. Don't hesitate to come here!
