Love coming into the salon. Stuart is very talented, knows his stuff and makes you feel comfortable straight away. Drastic cut for me this time round but totally love it.

Had a cut and finish with Lauren today, she did a fab job and I'm so pleased with the result. Lauren's been cutting my hair for the last few years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else - she's so friendly and always makes my hair look so healthy. I always feel like I'm in safe hands :)

This was, without a doubt, the best service and hair cut I’ve ever had. I had past the shoulder long hair and wanted to try a long ‘pixie’ style cut. I showed Stuart the look I hoped for and he tailored the hair cut to suit my face shape and lifestyle, explaining everything every step of the way, as he could tell this is what I needed to calm my nerves! As always a pleasure to visit the salon and have my hair cut. Despite being late, my fault, Kevin cut & styles my hair to his usual non compromising high standard and my bill was reduced as time didn’t allow for a hair wash.

I booked my appointment here because they didn’t close until 9 on Wednesdays so fits in really well with work. I was so happy with my restyle. My stylist, Lauren, was friendly and chatty. I thought it was good value for money and less than I was expecting to pay. I booked my next appointment there and then and would recommend M salon to anyone.

I went in with lank, fine and boring hair and walked out with a fantastic new hair! All down to a completely new style. I left it entirely up to Columb and he worked wonders, he was willing to take a chance and did a really great hair style that suits me. I’ve had so many compliments. Thank you for being brave and doing what I asked ‘give me a haircut that suits me, suits my face shape and my lifestyle’. Fantastic.

1st time at the salon today and I thoroughly enjoy it. Felt at ease with the smiley friendly staff and the finishing touches were high quality as I was presented with a lovely coffee. Lauren was very friendly and informative showing me different techniques to curl my hair and advising me of products. I came out very pleased with how Lauren did my hair. Would definitely book again with Lauren. Tried various salons in the area after moving to Bishops Stortford 4 years ago and I’m pleased to say I feel like I had found the salon for me.
