I started with heavily damaged box dye hair and ended up with a lovely cut and colour

I have fine hair and curls do not usually hold. Shane listened, made a suggestion on how to stle it and it held perfectly from.9.30am to midnight! Fab service, great atmosphere and Shane was exceellent, polite and professional.

The colour done on my daughters hair today was wonderful, she went in feeling a bit apprehensive but with Shane's professionalism and knowledge she has come out absolutely thrilled with the result. So pleased with my choice after researching salons. Thank you.

Tamzin was very good with my apprehensive daughter who had long hair and didn’t want it cut. She cut it into a long bob, very gentle when brushing and communicated well with my daughter to make her feel at ease. Receptionist was amazing, very chatty and friendly. Over all a very welcoming and friendly service, would definitely recommend

I had forgotten how relaxing it is to sit in a hairdressing salon and have your haircut under the skilled hands and eyes of a good hair designer. Hair tidied up and carefully styled to suit my personality. Left the salon feeling like a film star. Would recommend Jo at Elements, Bishop's Stortford and indeed the whole experience.

I have changed to Elements after 30 years using a local barber, the difference in attention along with the quality of the cut is far superior, more attentive and the care of finish is outstanding
