Fantastic experience, the staff at Open are extremely friendly and welcoming. Very pleased with the end result, brilliant cut and colour by Charlotte. Also use Charlie at Open who always does an amazing cut. Highly recommend this salon to anyone.

My first visit to the salon and I will definitely not go elsewhere again. Amazing service, great attention to detail and they went above and beyond to keep everyone comfortable even with social distancing in place.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my hair coloured . From the moment you experience your first colour consultation neither Tom you know you’re in good hands. He is experienced in understanding what you want and following it through. I have never had a bad colour from him. He is also efficient and friendly and it is a joy to sit and have my hair done by him.
All staff are very friendly and welcoming which makes it a nice and relaxed experience.. John is a brilliant stylist and gives the perfect cut every time. Would not go anywhere else.

Every single member of Open staff team is professional, extremely skilled in identifying what the client wants and following it through to the end result. I would highly recommend a visit to this wonderful salon. Plus they are all so lovely and friendly.

I always look forward to my trip to OPEN, not just because Tom is an amazing colourist but because the atmosphere is warm and comfortable. All the staff are friendly and polite. John & his team have coped brilliantly with the Covid restrictions & the difference in the salon experience is barely discernible so professional are the staff . Fabulous as always xxx
