Love going to Open and seeing Elliot. He knows how to cut and look after me and my hair. The vibe in there is a really relaxed one and it’s like I’m going to visit friends! They are all so lovely....

I always look forward to my trip to OPEN, not just because Tom is an amazing colourist but because the atmosphere is warm and comfortable. All the staff are friendly and polite. John & his team have coped brilliantly with the Covid restrictions & the difference in the salon experience is barely discernible so professional are the staff . Fabulous as always xxx
