Charlotte was fantastic at advising on colour and I was very happy with the end look.
As always excellent with Sophie but had a lovely girl blow dry and straighten my hair Sophie will know her name she is 16 years old and it is lovely she is polite friendly and lovely person
So pleased with my re-style by Josh. I love the friendly, unpretentious, laid back vibe of Open and Josh’s manner reflects that.
I left the salon with the best cut love how molly advised and listened and i could not be happier …..i never leave reviews but feel i owe her this …..she is a super talented hairdresser xx

I had such a great experience with Open! I had an emergency consultation with a colourist following a really terrible highlighting job at a different hairdresser. Always an amazing experience with Tai, I had awful roots but he just goes to work really quickly and I end up with an amazing colour that others have never been able to match.

Tai’s colouring expertise is superb. And I love the fact he just gets on with it quietly - it’s so relaxing not to have to make conversation all the time! I can just zone out knowing I’m in expert hands and that the result will be so natural it never looks like it’s been coloured - people just say ‘wow, your hair looks great’!
