Lovely, friendly, quality experience. Have been visiting Diamond Health and Beauty for a couple of years now and they have consistently provided excellent treatment and care.

I normally go elsewhere for my waxing and had to book this in last minute. The girl on the phone was really friendly so straight away I thought I would probably like the place. The therapist I had was also really friendly and chatted away to me whilst having my treatment. She was very professional and made me feel at ease. If I needed to use a beauty salon in Hereford again I would definitely try here first.

Had a voucher for my birthday and went along for a pedicure. Staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Had the callus peel add on to the Signature Pedicure which has dealt with my problem hard skin brilliantly, by the end of the pedicure I felt like I was walking on air. Will be repeating this experience again without doubt.

This was my first time at this salon and the staff are very welcoming! I had a great experience and would recommend this salon. Staff are chatty and friendly, making the experience even better. The salon was very relaxing and all questions were answered. Nothing seemed a trouble for the staff. I got the treatment I wanted at a very high quality for a good price.

Ive been coming to diamonds for nearly 2 years now and I wouldn’t use any other salon. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly, the place is always so clean and emasculate, and Im always happy with the results at the end of my treatments.

Have had many treatments at many places in my 50 yrs and now wouldn’t go anywhere else, Staff and receptionists are second to none.

Diamond is a great beauty salon. It’s always lovely and peaceful, even though it’s in the city centre, and the staff are some of the friendliest people around. The welcome really is exceptional and it’s a real treat to visit the salon. The range and quality of treatments is really good. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I love my monthly bookings at Diamond Beauty. From the moment you step inside that wonderful relaxing aroma hits you and you want to breathe it all in. When you arrive upstairs Karen is so welcoming, as if into her own home, she’s just lovely! No matter who looks after you in a treatment room you are certainly pampered, relaxed, well groomed and everyone is easy, interesting and good fun to talk to. I highly recomend Diamond Beauty and I don’t go anywhere else. Even if they’re booked I’ll wait that extra week to get in which sometimes is really hard to bear but so worth it!!

Always a warm welcome and efficient service from all staff. Always recommend Diamond to all my friends.
