Hi Amanda, delighted you are really pleased with your cut & Colour. We have invested a huge amount in coffee with a barista standard machine that provides fresh bean to cup coffee using a really high grade fair-trade organic coffee bean’s. We are happy to provide a gradual coffee alternative if you prefer that no problem at all.

I am very sorry you have experienced rescheduled appointments obviously like many Businesses at the moment are still suffering post covid and sickness is something we are still dealing with from time to time as ever we will always do our best to ensure your appointment is of minimal disruption should we face a challenge on the day of stylist sickness.

We have introduced gowns to the salon again to offer clients then option between laundered gown and a fresh disposable gown so in future you will be able to make a choice that suits you.

as ever we are always trying to improve our service and your feedback is important in order for us to improve.

Hi Clare, I have been back over your bills for the last 14months and I can see the price has always been the same. Your few foils have always been a fantastic price of £20 and a small charge for the wash and dry off of £5 a total of £25. Your cut & Blowdry’s that we see you for in-between the colour appointments has remained at £43 with our more senior member of the team. We are happy to go through this with you at your next appointment and rest assured we take and changes in our pricing very seriously and only make changes when we really have to as we understand the pressure this has on everyone.
