Lovely staff, good hair cut. Abby listened to my requirements and delivered what I wanted.

Sam is very professional and I’m always happy to take his advice.

John my stylist is as exceptional as ever. However the salon itself looked liked it needs sprucing up. Light bulbs were not working and it looks tired.
In addition, personally I prefer a proper towel on my head to dry my hair rather than the J cloth.

I continue to go to the salon to have my hair cut by John but I think some future investment is needed to upgrade the salon.

Excellent as always. John has been my hairdresser since a few weeks after he joined Peter Prosser. I have never had such a talented stylist. John makes my very fine hair look amazing.
This week Lucy coloured my hair. Which she has done for many years. Mia also colours my hair. The are both excellent.

Staff as always were friendly. I was early so was offered a cuppa. Sam made a great job of cutting my hair, his attention to detail is second to none. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

As always a very enjoyable experience! Polite, helpful and most importantly trust in your stylist . I have complete trust with Carmen

Salon was noisier than usual - partly because all procedures were unusually done downstairs but, as ever, Mia and John made me feel comfortable and relaxed and revived my hair and spirits wonderfully: a great team!

Staff are excellent as usual but it appears that those who introduce alternative equipment have lost the plot. I can only assume the introduction of the white j cloths is a cost cutting measure. Why have you done this? It is tacky and cheap and not what I expect from a leading salon that I wish to use.

Had a clour and cut with Marie. A very pleasant and engaging stylist. Very happy wirh the cut and colour. All staff were kind and helpful. The coffee was good too. An all round lovely experience. Well done. Will book again soon.

Kelly cut my hair just as I’d wanted it and blew dry it well too. Kelly is also very funny chatty and engaging, so it’s always a pleasure to have my hair cut by her.

I’ve been coming to this hairdresser for years having my hair cut and coloured every 3 weeks. They do a very good job. Unfortunately I’m not happy that after 21 years of coming here. I now have to pay to have a dry off after my colour. This means that I leave the salon with wet hair. ????

Service by the staff was fantastic especially John and Charlene. They went above and beyond to help lighten my hair...no easy feat with the 20+ years of colour build up!! The cut I received from John the week previously was brilliant. Very satisfied with my overall experience. Still some way to go to achieve the finished effect i have in my head but i am not far away from it after one sitting!! I will not hesitate to continue to go back over the months coming to achieve this. Thank you so much. Definitely recommended.

My visits may be only infrequent compared to some, ( every 6weeks), but I have always booked with a senior stylist and beem prepared to pay top price for a cut and blow dry. Today I couldn't help notice that the salon was very noisy, not because of busy-ness, and not the relaxing experience I have enjoyed before. The appearance of the salon seems a little tawdry, light bulbs not working, floor not swept. Not all stations had a hair drier! Please don't let this little haven become a down market cut and dye shop. The more mature clientele might take their disposable income elswhere to spend.

40 odd years with the same hardresser, so v aprehensive. Dani listened, assessed, gave me some new ideas, new products. A whole new delightful experience.

Lucy on colour and Jess on cut and finish have been doing my hair for many years now. Keeping my hair in good condition and well groomed is very important to me and every time I visit the salon Lucy and Jess work their magic. Friendly, professional and knowledgable. Couldn’t ask for more.

I do normally having my hair cut in church street branch . But I went to commercial street branch this time .

I went to have my hair cut today in Peter proccer locates in commercial street . This was a last minute hair appointment . They were happy to give me to appointment . I arrived to the salon . Trainee hair dresser booked for my hair cut . Her senior hair dresser approached to help her . When I try to explain to her what I want . Senior hairdresser lady told me off that I need to tell exactly what I want right that moment as they had to keep the trainee as I asked for an appointment . They shouldn't give me the appointment at the first place , if they don't want to keep the trainee for another few hours . I m not there to here her maune . I asked the senior hair dress that, is it possible to shot the hair if it too long at the end . She strictly asked me "you need to tell it now, we can't short it later ". I think this senior hairdresser lady was very unprofessional . I won't go to peter proccer branch located in commercial street ever again . Trainee hairdresser (Rainey)done a wonderful job .

Brilliant as usual

Staff always friendly and salon clean. Jonny has transformed my hair and always does a great job. Colour lasts really well and doesn't go brassy like other places I've had blondes put in. Great salon well worth the money.

I always have a problem with the rough dry, appreciate the problems etc but I have very short hair so I have to wash it again when I get home which is odd after paying £75! Think this is true did many peeps having hair done ?

Disappointed with the wrap paper towel !!! Bringing standards down ! Expensive just a wet cut when you only pay £2 for cut and dry blow !!!!

I’ve been going to Peter Prosser for 6 years and it’s the best hair salon in Herefordshire. Great staff, great environment and I always come out looking fabulous.

Is there nothing this lady can’t sort out !! Had a very bad haircut somewhere else with chunks taken out everywhere but Carmen has managed to sort it out she is Amazing I have learnt my lesson never to let anyone else touch it ever again thank you Carmen ?

As usual both did a great job & were nice enjoyable company, I'm more than pleased.
The young lady who washed my hair (twice) was excellent making sure I was comfortable throughout.

Mia always does an excellent job of colouring my hair. Abbey gives me the best haircuts I have ever had. They also look after me with plenty oof drinks and magazines. Today I was on a rush but the still did a super job. I'm definitely hanging onto them forever !

I always enjoy having my hair cut at P&P. Carmen listens to how I’m feeling about my hair and makes me feel at ease.

Left feeling deflated and upset as what I thought was agreed and what I ended up with were not the same thing. I could not wait to leave.
