Even though we all enjoyed the original set-up at PPH, I can honestly say that from a customer's viewpoint, the changeover has gone smoothly. I've got on well with my new colourist & stylist. Expert hands to keep me looking as good as possible for a client of 25 years?

Loved my Hair Cut , With Wonderful SAM , Everyone in Salon lovely . But the hair wash Horrendous water down side of face , neck , and in ear’s not pleasant .

John was as wonderful as ever and my cut is fabulous. Very disappointing to not have a real towel... The paper jeyes cloth thing was not what I would expect

Abby did a wonderful job with my first experience of highlights and cut was great as usual but was shocked at the cost of £90.00. This seems expensive if they need to be redone every other cut and will be a consideration going forward.

As always it was very good service and SAM is a very nice person as well as a GREAT hairdresser.

Carmen has been styling my hair for more than 10 years now.She has guided me from dark brown to a natural mix of highlites.She advises me but listens as well to what l want .l always feel l am an individual and not just another head !As for atmosphere l prefer Commercial road and do not like the answer phone service for bookings now.

I have had Peter Prosser as my hairdresser for over 2 years. I notice that no one seems to be in overall, constant charge- some staff should have attention to clients sharpened up! Most though, quite good.

Staff in Commercial Road Hereford branch are always very helpful and professional. I have been a loyal customer for many years and travel 35 miles to visit this salon.
