Excellent service

I've been having my hair cut by John for several months now. As soon as I sat down and he talked to me about what I wanted from the cut, I knew he understood absolutely what I was after and the first cut demonstrated that. He is without doubt the best stylist I've ever used (and there have been a few!) and is also great company for the hour or so that I'm there! Receptionists and other stylists and colourists are always friendly and helpful and the salon is comfortable and relaxed. Best ever - thank you!

I now live in Cyprus but I took the opportunity to return to my favourite hairdresser, Louise, on a trip back to the UK. The changes to the salon are wonderful and the experience was as good as ever. Thank you Lou and Chelsea xx

Had my hair coloured by Martina and cut and blow dried by Danni. I always have these two ladies to do my hair as I like the results. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience as always. Only small down side was I felt very cold in salon

As a mature woman, with very fine hair, a good cut is essential. My stylist made me feel very relaxed. She took into account my age, condition of hair cut and my shape of face. I am totally delighted with the outcome.

Think value for money little high as only have wet cut ! no blow and the difference should be more between cut and cut and blow dry !. Always pleased with cut.

I’m always really pleased with the way John cuts and styles my hair, he’s obviously a very experienced hairdresser and is always friendly and professional.

Treated my 11 year old daughter to a wash, cut and blow dry and she absolutely loved. She said she felt really special as she had a head massage and her legs elevated on a 'special chair'.

Lovely welcome all staff very helpful. Jonny, as always,a real tonic, and a fabulous hair cut and colour from him.

Everything was lovely apart from the temperature of the salon. I left really chilled. Sadly it’s been the same on the last two visits. The poor hairdresser’s hands were cold too. I won’t be coming back until you turn the heating up or the summer arrives!

Chelsea coloured my hair and Louise did the cut, and i,am very happy with the service and result.

Excellent stylist, really listened to what I wanted and gave good advice, so I got the style I wanted that would suit my face shape and hair type. The only downside is the location of the shop and also tho layout moans its not very disabled friendly.

Can’t fault this salon. Abbie cut my hair beautifully, the coffee was good and the products they use are fab

The salon and it’s staff are very welcoming. I was offered a drink a couple of times and was asked if I was comfortable so did not feel I was forgotten. The finisce result was lovely.

Always love what Sam does and how he does it! He is an unbelievable asset to your company! One downside was the 2 employees chatting at the top of their voices discussing skiing whilst one was drying her own hair..not what I would expect on work time!!!
