Excellent hair cut and colour as always

I’m a returning customer but don’t always get the same person. This time it was Aileen who was nice and cheerful. She listened to how I wanted my hair and I absolutely love it! Not many people get my fringe right and how I like it. She took the time to make sure it looked right and I’m very happy with the finish. Thank you ?

This was my first visit to the salon since lockdown. I felt the measures for safety due to Covid that had been implemented were fantastic. Abbie was very professional and I’m very pleased with my colour and cut. I felt like a new woman leaving the salon. Huge Thanks.

I was greeted at the door, offered ppe and sanitizer. All stations safely distanced. Aileen made ne feel welcome, she captured exactly what I wanted. Great salon

Didn’t manage to have the colour as I wasn’t told on the phone of the 48 hour patch test!
Luckily I asked about this when I went in for a cut the day before, so my trip wasn’t wasted.

I’ll make another appointment for try colour, not the fault of Chelsea obviously.

Another lovely colour and cut by Emma- she always seems to understand what it is that I'm aiming for and will always explain what she's doing very clearly.

The salon was very safe and well-run with Emma greeting from outside as soon as I arrived.

It was wonderful great measures put in place and Lauren was lovely and done a great job

All staff especially helpful, efficient and cheerful. Safety procedures explained fully. Plenty of space between customers. Great cut etc., as usual.

Chelsea is consistently excellent, would not go any where else for my colour. I think the salon has done a fantastic job in keeping everyone safe whilst maintaining a relaxing atmosphere.
