Lovely new haircut, cut well, lovely conversation, sat under a new machine, well looked after by the lovely lady at the desk who made me a coffee, missed seeing Tim

Very good all round device from salon staff

Tim couldn’t do enough for my daughter and me when we came in for our appointments. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my hair cut.

When you watch a professional at work, it is made to look simple, Tim is the master of his profession and encapsulates it with charm and character.

Fabulous haircut and colour. Great service. Very attentive staff and looked after me when my neck was painful ( due to surgery years ago). Love this place. Tim is a genius, professional thoughtful kind.

I had to cancel my appointment with only two days notice, which I couldn’t avoid, Jess and Tim managed to squeeze me into there very busy schedule and even stayed late to make sure my hair was perfect as usual. Jess changed my colour as I’d asked, gave good advice and I’m over the moon the result and as always Tim cut and styled my hair fabulous

Amazing cut and colour by Tim. Cut light and feathery and hangs beautifully. The cut is so good that even after I’ve washed it, it hangs as good as when Tim styled it. Good skill Tim, thank you, I feel amazing with the great colour and style.

Had my hair cut a few time with luke so does my daughter hes very professional & gives honest opinion about what would be best for our hair typed my daughter won't have her hair cut by any one else she has autism & it takes her a while to be settled with new people but luke has helped my daughter to be settled with some one new luke always gives us a good cut we always leave having a great experience

Had my hair done first time in Hereford but not first time in a t&g salon. However it was by far the best. My stylist listened to what I wanted n delivered. Talking me thru every stage incl the wash n recommending products esp for my hair requirements not just as a product up sell. I felt cared for listened to and thoroughly happy by my experience. Can't thank my stylist enough. She's not only creative n and asset to t&g but she's kind n considerate to her clients. I shall be back and thank you

Lou has been cutting my hair for many years. She absolutely knows what works for me and has cut every style, long to short and back again, with skill and confidence.
More than that we have become friends and I look forward to catching up with her as much as my haircut!
